This piece just converted me into a gray-loving trash to glamorous treasure freak! The color choices are perfectly complementary ... and of course, you gotta use the golden gilded wax. Has inspired me in so many ways. I think we are all looking to make things beautiful these days & this ... made my heart sing.
I think it was well worth putting the work into!! It's nice to see pieces that need a little extra love instead of just change the paint color and done. I love that this video taught me how to fix that broken corner. My husband and I had just decided to try our hand at furniture flipping and had picked up 6 larger and several smaller pieces to refurbish and see if we could actually flip them for a profit.Sadly he passed so unexpectedly before even one piece was started. He was the Master Carpenter and I have the creative painting gift. At retirement we were to combine our skills and try a new business. So now I need to learn fixes like this one so that hopefully I can carry out our retirement dream alone. For that reason alone I very much appreciated this video. Thank you!!

Kacha, I absolutely ADORE your videos! All of your work is beautiful, but the amount of fun that you seem to have with your projects is infectious and inspirational. Taking a piece of furniture that would've been headed for some secondand store (at best) and turning it into an elegant masterpiece, while enjoying the process - that's pure magic! 🌟 I also loved hearing you say, "It may not be the right way, but it's my way and it works"! Having a solid base of knowledge, following your instincts, and taking well-deserved pride in your work are the things that make your videos such a joy to watch. Best of luck to you! ❤😍💖👍
Just the fact that you saved this wooden piece from ending in the garbage, and gave a longer life to it is good enough for me. Besides that, the project came out nice and it gave you pleasure while doing it. Nice work!
Omg!!! You are so adorable and absolutely brilliant!!! You’re creativity has no bounds! A miracle worker! Lol! For a newbie like myself, I definitely could not do that. I think your patience is amazing, which is what I lack. Kacha, you continue to inspire me! Thank you and God bless you. Much loves! 😘❤️
Worth it. Like you said it's not always about the money. You breathed new life into this piece. Saving it from going to landfill is a good thing too! Its beautiful.
Definitely❗️It’s all about the rescue cuz it’s such a great feeling to transform what most would consider worthless trash into an eminently desirable Beauty. So satisfying; not about the $ at all - it’s all for Love❣️
Just wow!! I really didn’t think the gold would look great on the gray. I was thinking silver. The gold was perfect and looked fabulous. This was worth the effort. You are so talented, a real artist.
Loved the results Kacha. Lots of work but as you said satisfying. Giving anything new life is worthwhile. It isn't about the profit margin, it's the whole restoration and results. Well done you.
