I really appreciate these videos. As a novice wrencher, actually watching someone do this stuff before (and during) my own attempts is invaluable. You do a great job explaining each step and the reason behind it. As always, thank you!
That's the type of comments I always enjoy seeing not only on mine but others video as well. Too many times do I see haters hating on someone's video, I applaud you for giving him the kind words. stay safe
+RandomlyTrees Your welcome. I like to make the videos longer and more detailed so you can see exactly how to do the job. I will be making a Galfer front rotor and brake pads install video soon.
+michael adams Hey I have to give the credit where it is due ! CRFs Only has been a great help to me and they have plenty of parts. I may as well send people there way :)
Hi bro, i have a problem the front brake when i pull the lever it is very stiff, i have sent to Honda to fixed the problem but it is not that good, i was wondering if you have the same problem, if yes what did you do to it, thanks
@Mac-bn well the the heavy duty brake lines will make your brake lever stiffer. The reason why is because the stock brake lines swell when you squeeze the brake lever and it kinda makes the brakes feel soft. The heavy duty brake lines don’t swell at all and that makes the brake lever stiffer.
Hi Woodzman. Sorry I bodher you again, but you gave me always good advice, and you have lot of experience with crf250l. I have the 2020 ABS model. Can you change the brake line for stainless steel line on the abs model as well? Thanks a lot.
Excellent instructional video my friend. Thank you so much and I can't wait to get a set for my bike as well, this is going to be awesome knowing I have a instructional video to follow along with when mine get here. Thank you so much, I appreciate you and I hope you have a blessed week my friend. thank you. Man o Man, with those break lines you will be able to do stoppies really well now, can't wait to see you doing some, fun stuff.
+OutbackSPoT oh yea, it's actually stiffer than stock but that works out better, the stock foam breaks down and gets more uncomfortable the longer you ride
Spent today changing the front brake line for a steel braided Hel line. Bike went and fell off the stand :(. No damage done but it did land on me. Sore ankle. Eventually managed to get the brakes bled correctly.
Hi woodzman, following your mods here- wondering if the brake lines are worth the cost? I mostly off-road and am debating on new brake lines or a ejk for my next mod. I have all the same mods...
Well I like the new feel of the brake lines, it wasn’t as spongy as the stock. The EJK would be good if you really want to mod it a lot but with just a slip on muffler, I wouldn’t do it. I took mine off.
What's up woodzman. I took my reservoir cap off and took the plug off to drain the rear brake fluid out to replace the rear brake line and nothing came out even when I pumped the rear brake? What's the cause of that? any help would be great
+machinebuilder3535 sometimes it won't just run out. Try leaving the bleeder valve in it but just loosen it a small amount. Then pump the brake petal slowly. You may have to hold your thumb over the valve until you feel a little pressure. Then put a hose on the bleeder valve and stick it into a jar to catch the fluid. Pump the petal until all the fluid is out.
WOODZMAN ADVENTURES I think something is wrong with my master cylinder. I loosened the bleeder and it slowly came out. when I pumped the brake it would come out and go back in. no pressure build up
Hmm..so I done the clutch, seat, handle bar, brake lever and rear shock...now I'm tempted about the brakes..still so many things to do, aftermarket parts aren't cheap :-(
Very good point about getting brake fluid on the paint and it's little tips like that too many times it's the small stuff that makes the biggest difference in a positive outcome. I guess you made this video for ole Blake since he likes to let his brake lines rub hahaha. As the saying goes '' the only stupid question asked is the one you failed to ask"" and by you giving so many tips you have answered most questions so I applaud you on a awesome video. Stay safe
+Tankerman Thanks buddy ! I do like to make the videos longer so I can explain every detail about the install. I will be doing a Galfer front rotor and brake pads install video soon.

+Romulan kush88 Thanks for the Kind works Romulan . I try to do my best and make it family friendly :)
Hello Woodzman. Quick question, can I fit a shorter front brake line to get rid of that horrible arch ? Thank you and have a good day.
Not really, you need that for the suspension travel. You may be able to use a little bit shore line
@@WOODZMAN dam !! and thank you 😄
Hi bro, i have a problem the front brake when i pull the lever it is very stiff, i have sent to Honda to fixed the problem but it is not that good, i was wondering if you have the same problem, if yes what did you do to it, thanks
Did you install the new front brake lines?
@@WOODZMAN Yes Hel type

@@WOODZMAN Thanks will change back to the original brake lines
@Mac-bn yea people put the HD brake line on for that reason, it make you have more powerful brakes but they are definitely stiff

Yea I wouldn’t think that would matter at all.
Excellent how to video, Woodzman. Them Galfer brake lines look like they are top notch stuff. Thanks for sharing, be safe.
+Gus Two Wheeling Thanks Gus. A Galfer front rotor and brake pads install video coming soon

Awesome video buddy. Exactly how I've been doing it for years. Love the attention to detail you have thanks for sharing
+TheFanaticalFan Thanks ! And your welcome buddy. I like to make it real and not cut the video up to much.
Thanks for that video, just seen that seat, any info on that, looks like its got extra padding.
+OutbackSPoT oh yea, it's actually stiffer than stock but that works out better, the stock foam breaks down and gets more uncomfortable the longer you ride
I'd want to change my lines but I'm not sure if I can bleed them after...
Good videos :)
+Steven Pires Your so welcome !

+papa2k Wow ! I'm glad you got it all fixed ! Sad that you hurt yourself though !

I totally agree

+ripmax333 haha I understand that. I haven't done anything with my suspension yet. Can't afford it .
