I chose to do this workout today and it was absolutely fantastic. I was so pleased that I was able to use my heavier dumbbells and for the rear flies and tricep kickbacks I used my 8 lb weights. Can't wait to do the ab workout that was for today. Great job Heather thank you
I'm not a huge fan of lower body workouts, but I will of course consistently do them to maintain a balanced forward progress on my journey. However, I absolutely love workouts like this one! I always feel so proud, energized, and empowered when I complete a workout like this! Thank you!

Definitely gained a lot of strength and muscles during this fierce workout. I stopped working out for almost 6 months due to many reasons, but doing the fierce workout helped me to get back on track. Can't wait for the HR12 2.0!!
Fierce has taught me (among other things) that I need to work on strengthening my triceps. Would be great to see more tricep work incorporated in future workouts, especially moves such as tricep dips. Thanks, Heather!

My favourite program so far! Its intense and for only two weeks. I found myself to struggle to keep up with the longer programs but this is perfect!
