Thank you for another great flight review. I would actually avoid a flight that had that seat configuration (and I don't think it is used anymore?) If you are paying for Business then you want space and privacy. No meal after take off on a flight that is more than 4 hours? Air Canada has become the Wal Mart of the skies. Mediocre product and average service. I do agree that pleasant FA's can make up for a poor product but you are flying BUSINESS not economy. Again, I really do appreciate when a flight video serves as a cautionary tale. Let the buyer be aware.
I flew a Cathay Pacific with that configuration from HK to BKK and hated it. Nothing worse than having to ignore or acknowledge every person that walked in front of you.
Hey man, you made great trip reports, but you have to diverse it more! Literally almost all of your videos are to/from SFO, usually to Toronto or Newark. Try some international trans-Atlantic routes, make it interesting! You have so much potential, you just aren’t fully showing it! Best of luck in the future!
Im so sorry LOL its literally my commute flights lately. BUT i did just do a big trip including some cool flights like Virgin Atlantic A330neo, Turkish A350, Oman 787 First Class so please keep an eye out!
@@TraverseFlightReview Looking forward to the Virgin one! Recommendation…Try United Polaris on an international route, and compare it to when you fly it as a Domestic First Class Flight.
@@TraverseFlightReview There are two ex SQ/TAP units bring refurbed right now and should be the ones replacing this one. It's the only one left in the fleet. Should be gone sooner than later.
@@TraverseFlightReview More likely refurb, when the other two are available, I believe the other two will only have PY and Y class. They're just buying time right now with FIN931, till the others are finished from heavy refurb.
I'm not quite sure on the timelines but assume it would be done after the summer service... Also note that they have 2 a330's with old Singapore Airlines Business Class seats, although those are being sold as Premium Economy.
10:30 ah the Trent 700 😢, that melodious and nostalgic engine sound of my childhood during takeoff. Reminds me of Emirates’s old A330s.

@@sfsskycracker1448 i should give Polaris international a try. There's some cheap tickets to Osaka so I'm just doing some planning ✈️
@@TraverseFlightReview Great!
Seats are ok but the whole product is well beyond it's "best before" date. The A330 were due to go out of service a few years ago,
Yeah... i wouldn't be surprised if this ones gone by end of the year ✈️

@@aeranceteo9901 gotcha. Yeah the old SQ ones are pretty neat imo but would hate to see AC sell it as J and not PY!
Is this plane gonna be refurbished soon?

I hope you didn’t pay a huge sum for that. Thanks for showing, now I know that I should avoid Air Canada.
