Survivor | 455 SD | TH400 | # Matching Drivetrain | Two Owner Vehicle | 31k ORIGINAL MILES
This 1974 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am is one of 943 SD-455 examples produced for the model year and was delivered new to Tidball Pontiac GMC of Killbuck, OH in late May, 1974. The car is powered by its original Super Duty 455ci V8 mated with its original TH400 three-speed automatic transmission and a Positraction rear axle with 3.42:1 gears and is finished in Buccaneer Red over red vinyl upholstery. Features include power steering, power front disc brakes, 15″ Honeycomb wheels, a shaker hood scoop, front and rear spoilers, a Rochester Quadrajet carburetor, a heavy-duty radiator, a dual exhaust system, and a Delco push-button AM/FM radio.

Nope you have to boost the compression one point and put a big cam in it and a single plane intake to get 600hp out of SD
