I've downloaded options plus but upon launching it, the round circle is spinning on blank purple background. Then I tried Logitech Options which is the older version but that too says add device but couldn't find this mk540.
I'm suspecting that us receiver can be fake.
Please share me a image or written info on it to verify the genuinness of it.
It'll be super helpful.

You didn't show us how to change the scrolling speed of the mouse. Mine is brand new and it is really slow. Perhaps talk more about the product than the box?

i RECENTLY HAD TO REPLACE THE REMOTE MOUSE/KEYBOARD. It is supposed to be plug & play but my laptop doesn't "recognize" the USB plug in. What to do?

Yes caps lock has green light indicator.
After 11 months its still working strong, even after so many falls.

@@samuelcharylo1322 if you lose it, you can't use your mouse and keyboard. You can probably buy a new adapter but I haven't seen them just sold by themselves before
