@@Jodka96 then what are you doing here? I'm a comic book fan, and although I like Superman (1978) much more than Man of Steel, to say that Snyder's films have nothing good about them, is ludicrous. The funny thing is, most people have issues with things that make no sense. Many people hated Superman killing Zod, forgetting about him doing the same thing in Superman 2. Yes, I know that the Donner cut is different, but that's not the theatrical release. The biggest issue with this film, is how Lois so easily figured out who Clark was. Meanwhile, the military, who saw the Kryptonians go to Smallville, and later, Superman tells the general he grew up in Kansas, they can't figure out who he is. Also, I don't like how they handled Jonathan's death. I'm not saying that his dad shouldn't have taught him about the importance of anonymity and secrecy, but I don't think it was handled well with the tornado. The biggest complaint about the Snyderverse is the most idiotic, the "Martha" scene. With this current generation that popularized the word "triggered," I'd think that more people would understand. Batman dresses up like a bat, and goes out nightly, risking his life, because of one event, the death of his parents. Though Martha is not as common a name today as it used to be, even if it was, uttering, "you're letting them kill Martha" would most certainly cause him to pause. Also, you claim there's nothing good about his DC films, not even the warehouse scene with Batman?
Jonathan Kent's death scene is usually criticised a lot by people, but I think they don't understand. Clark was raised by this righteous man and so he placed his complete trust in his dad. To the point where he even listened to him about not jumping into the storm that could accidentally reveal his nature to everyone around him. To grow up, he needed to learn about that and he regrets putting his trust in his dad like that and he feels responsible for his father's death. The man who raised him to be such a good person. At the end he screamed not just because Zod was the last of his kind, but also because this would be the first time he's been forced to murder someone. All his life he has controlled himself and carried himself with restraint so he doesn't accidently hurt people. Zod took that away from him.
48:15 lol what other one? I love your reaction to this movie. So pure, and I’m glad to see watch-along channels giving the Snyderverse a chance (the naysayers may have gotten the first laugh, but time has proven them wrong).
Grew up with Reeves as 1st Superman, but he is only tied to most people's childhood nostalgia. Being older, this version of Superman is more inline to what I believe Superman would be in relation to the real world. Others may disagree, but this version is far more relatable than what came before.
I really loved this movie so much. It was far more action packed then others. By the way really beautiful both of you, but the one on the right really is stunning.
Please remember, if you ever visit Kansas and have the bad luck to encounter a tornado, DO NOT take this movie's advice about hiding under a highway overpass. Anyone who is actually from Kansas can tell you that is worst thing you can do. You trap yourself in a wind tunnel and make it much easier for the storm to suck you up.
@@TheBiscuitFactory go to a basement or a ditch. Most houses have basements or storm shelters in Tornado Alley. I grew up in Missouri and lived through one that hit less then a mile from where I was.
It seems weird that people wouldn't recognize superman as clark kent, but there's a story about how the actor. Henry Cavil stood underneath a poster in a busy street in new york wearing glasses and a superman t-shirt. The only people who approached him wanted directions. Not a single person recognized him from the poster he was standing under. The power of fame can change perception sometimes.
Glad to see this one up. You ladies are cranking out some gems. WB made a mistake by canceling the “Snyder Verse.” If you watch Justice League, make sure it’s the Snyder Cut.
46:22 He's talking about getting the powers all at once, while Superman got his over time and got used to them. It hurts for Zod and the others, though they can become as powerful as Superman, if not more due to being militarily trained.
55:21 One of the most ridiculous parts of the Superman story for decades is that, for some reason, people never recognize Clark Kent as Superman. Why? HIS GLASSES!!! Newer stories try to say the glasses have technology to alter how he looks to other people, so he doesn't look the same. I think he originally had a fake posture to look nerdy and weak, but stands strongly when he's superman.
Zack Snyder's DC Universe was criticized for being more dark than it should have been for the fans, including Superman killing Zod or Batman killing anybody (typing this after you saw BvS already). Superman and most DC heroes are usually against killing, though there are some exceptions. I think Batman is the only one with an absolute rule against it, but others are implied due to DC originally being kid friendly anyway. Personally, I think the writing simply justified the situation of Superman having to do what he did, since I think he was already an experienced hero in the comics before Zod was a threat, usually just stopping bank robbers and other criminals like Lex Luthor. Man of Steel made Superman gain his powers while Zod, another Kryptonian with the same powers when exposed to a yellow sun, was his first real villain or threat, so the writing had to make sense of things. Some argued that he could have used his hand to block Zod's heat vision rather than killing him, but as shown during the fight with the female kryptonian, heat vision can hurt other Kryptonians. I liked the movie personally, Henry Cavil being the best physically perfect choice for Superman, though I understand the fans wanting Superman's first movie to be a better representation of the character. When popular characters are done too differently or wrong, it can take a long while before there's another chance to do it right. You usually don't get overlap with characters, like 2 Batman shows at the same time or anything like that. Usually rare when it happens, like The Flash had when Ezra Miller and Grant Gustin met each other in a special television event. Never seen that happen with any other character when they were both actively live in modern cultural consistency. No Way Home brought back actors already long retired, so not a good example imo.
That's interesting. Didn't think about how ppl will have different superman's growing up. I watched ALois&Clark, Smallville & Superman returns, old superman movies. I cant remember which I watched first! Oops. All blends into one. It's really hard for me to pick a fav but hands down Cavill definitely 🔥 as superman should be 😂 If u imagine Reeves in a modern day suit, 4k, & todays budget 🥰 he's either on par or taking Cavills trophy on that one 😁 I love both & think their performances are equally astounding. We are so lucky to have the tech & stuff now 😊 Superman returns actor was the big one when i was younger, he did a great job, but got so much shame for it. I still think his performance was good, he revived it briefly in flash/arrow something like that, & acted great again. Do you have a tv fav? I'm enjoying superman & lois atm. It's good & if you like superman movies you will enjoy. I really like how they exploring him as a dad - bringing a new angle to it as the movies never show him raising kids, he either dont have or just marries lois & she pregnant the end. Tom Welling (Smallville) briefly revived for crisis crossover & was sooo good. Hope u don't mind me commenting. I just found your comment interesting 😊 Awesome to hear different perspectives & meet other superman fans 😃
@movie munchies - the full list of superman movies, in order. The first 4 movies starred Christopher Reeve. The one after that starred Brandon Routh, and the last ones starred Henry Cavill. Superman: The Movie (1978) Superman 2 (1980) Superman 3 (1983) Superman 4: The Quest For Peace (1987) Superman Returns (2006) Man of Steel (2013) Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice (2016) Justice League (2017)
Ladies please if we’re going down this road please watch Batman v Superman Ultimate Edition next…then Wonder Woman…then Zack Snyder’s Justice League!…that’s the journey…about to join your Patreon so I can enjoy your full reaction
@@rogeliolarronda But if it wasn't the Ultimate Edition, then they should watch that version, too, to get the full story the way it was meant to be shown.

Hella's remark about "the flying school bus" reminded me that I should suggest that you watch the movie *"Sky High"*. It's a very excellent superhero high school comedy movie that I think you would both enjoy.
53:26 Something you might have missed about the moment clark is forced to kill zod, is that, a defining part of supermans character is that he NEVER kills. He is a symbol of hope. A paragon of righteousness. No matter how much someone deserves it. He always finds an alternative. So when he's forced to do this, it is at great personal sacrifice. A part of clark died that moment.
You know what the funny thing is yes he does kill he just doesn't do it generally he has stated that multiple time's. The truth is he doesn't kill often because he doesn't haft to majority of beings in existence are weaker then him but if he absolutely deems it necessary he will kill you and he has said that multiple times in the comic's. He has said himself that he is not batman he doesn't have a no-kill rule if he deems it necessary he will kill you. Also all that without including the fact Christopher Reeves superman killed but no one points that out or complains about it because it wasn't in a dark nor realistic tone and that's what everyone has a problem with realism they just want some fantasy bullshit always. People don't really know superman truly all they know is what they see in a movie and TV show that is it.
@sawanna508 There were a couple of instances but that's it and in Smallville that one definitely killed. Which brings me to my point people don't know superman nor pay attention.
@@Artorion I still lean more toward the perspective that superman killing zod is significant because it challenges a core aspect of his character superman is traditionally portrayed as someone who finds alternatives to killing because he represents hope, compassion, and the idea that there's always a better way. this is why that moment when he kills zod is so impactful. Its not just that he’s forced to kill-its that doing so deeply wounds him emotionally. he doesnt kill easily or without immense personal sacrifice. that moment, for many, represents the loss of his innocence, showing the weight of his responsibility as earths protector however, as your "opposing" argument points out, superman has killed in the comics and in other adaptations. It’s not common, but it happens when he’s pushed to the limit and theres truly no other choice i think it comes down to how the character is framed within the story and the tone of the medium. superman’s restraint from killing makes him a paragon, but its also his compassion and anguish when hes forced into a corner that makes him relatable. So, I can understand both sides, but I personally see his no-kill stance as a core, defining feature of his character, even though exceptions can happen under extreme circumstances
I like the Christopher Reeve era Superman movies better except for Superman 4 I wasn't that fond of that one. The series Smallville is also one of my favorites series 10 seasons from Clark Kent's years in high school through his becoming Superman.
If you watch Justice League, you will understand more about Superman’s purpose for earth. Yes, this disaster happened with his being on earth, but it fails in comparison to what can happen to earth without his protection in the more cosmic scheme of things. 👍. Keep up the great work ladies :)
I remember watching this in the theater. Definitely one of my favorite movies of all time! Wait till you watch the Justice League Zack Snyder version. Amazing Reactions Ladys 👏
57:10 tbf he had no choice. He didn't decide to come to earth. He doesn't owe earth anything more than anyone else does. It's like blaming someone, because their grandfather was a murderer. It's not that person's choice that their grandfather is a murderer. You should not blame the grandkid. You can blame superman's dad for sending him to earth. You cannot blame superman at all.
I love this movie so much, really liked when Clark Kent asks "Can I keep pretending I'm your son" and John goes "You ARE my son!'' and hugs him, Great movie.
The Man of Steel movie was the first of another interconnected world of comics like the MCU (Iron Man, Captain America, Avengers, etc.), but this time it's DC comics. It wasn't as successful, as it emphasized darker themes over the brightness that Superman represents.
I am happy you two loved the flashback scenes of Clark’s childhood and teenage years. Some Man of Steel reactors I saw found those boring and unnecessary. I’m also glad you two understood why it was painful for Kal to kill Zod.
I did not like how Jonathan Kent was killed in a tornado in this adaptation. Clark could have easily been stealthy about it when rescuing whatever, even if he was still discovering his powers, but just sneaky enough that he could not have been identified by other people in all that chaos, panic & dust storm because the tornado was really nothing to him. Jonathans death was for dramatic effect in this change from the original comicsbook, but they could have done it another way. A thousand ways to die, so to speak, & they chose this way. 10/07/24

Superman as a boy didn't know how to control all the sensory input like the sounds and x-ray vision. So when Zod took off his helmet, he wasn't used to his new abilities that Kryptonians get when they are on Earth. So every Kryptonian can have Superman powers

I like how they went back to the original comic storyline. Originally, Superman didn't fly, he did however jump huge distances (hence the "leaps tall buildings in a single bound" line.
Yup, this is because Superman & a lot of the superheroes we have today were inspired & evolved from the stories of the character John Carter, written by Edgar Rice Burroughs, now a hundred years ago. Just like in Superman, the Martian gravity is much weaker than Earths, thus John was able to leap around hugely as well, on Mars. And John was also much physically stronger, on Mars. Then throughout the years of comicbooks & tv shows, Superman did eventually evolve to fly long distances, including changing speed & direction, something you cannot really do when jumping, if we use actual physics. But of course, this is the world of superheroes, real-world physics does not fully apply, heh. 10/06/24
Look up in the sky ! Its a bird? Nooooo Its a plane? Noooo Its a jumping guy from other planet who exist among us, work at News office, like to destroy everything and can not fly but jump? Yessss.... 😂😊😅
@@robwebnoid5763 5763,what made Superman switch to flying was the character-CAPTAIN MARVEL ( now called Shazam ) whose comic book was out selling Supes so bad DC ( can't remember the name of DC back then ) they sued the company producing the Shazam comics.

I'm glad to hear you're watching the 1978 Superman movie, too! It's one of my favorite movies from my childhood. It is maybe not as slick and sophisticated as this movie, but it has a lot of heart.
I still say the first two movies from 1978 and to 1980, of both filmed at the same time, have more heart and a little bit of humor that I enjoyed greatly what's the way Christopher Reeve portrayed Superman and Clark Kent as their own individuals can be seen play the actor's great performance. You say we'll have a reaction out on that soon so I'll be curious to see if you feel the same way or make a comment about it at all. Of course, the style and feel of the first movie is very dated, but I still prefer it. Do not bother watching Superman 3 with Richard Pryor. It was stupid for the most part, but I think the two sides of Superman idea was kind of interesting
If you want to see something truly amazing and a true story, you should watch Society of the Snow. You won't believe it. I warn you that you are going to see something like you've never seen before.
I recommend you watch the extended version of “Batman v Superman” explains the plot better, and you definitely have to see Justice League Znyder Cut. Please don't watch the theatrical version. It's horrible.
If your gonna watch Batman vs Superman make sure it’s the extended version, also please watch Zack’s Cut of the Justice League movie. As the villain of the movie looks much better there then the other version of that movie.
Both of superman's dads have both played Robin Hood. Also you should put "Brightburn" on your Halloween movie list. It's kind of the same story of superman, if superman went bad as a child
Kevin Costner is the actor that plays Super Man’s father on Earth. If you enjoyed his acting you will love him in “Field Of Dreams”. This recommendation is famous for making grown men cry and also has the actor that was the Voice for Darth Vader. I think this will be a popular movie for your Channel.
LOIS AND CLARK THE NEW ADVENTURES OF SUPERMAN with Dean Cain and Teri Hatcher (1993 - 1997) Maybe you can have a PATREON POLL so you can watch selected EPISODES of this ROMANTIC Superman -- In the last season Lois and Clark MARRY EACH OTHER !! -- SUPERGIRL (2015 - 2021) American TV series about SUPERGIRL MELISSA BENOIST (is his cousin and another Krypton survivor). She is also a news reporter but in a different city The Supergirl series is pretty good, but it gets more serious and darker later. (THANKS - Dave Strong)
Awesome reaction🥰. You can probably also watch the “Smallville” series, which traces Clark Kent's powers from high school to adulthood. There are 10 seasons, but it's a good idea to stop at the fifth.
Yep. Then theres Adventures of lois & Clark is best for the reporters office romance couple stuff Superman & lois follows where every movie ends usually happy ever after married or lois pregnant, so it explores the couple co parenting, how an alien would parent & balance work & hide identity etc. I love it as a concept. But if you saw crisis crossover, I think Tom welling & Erica did this perfect & would have preferred them instead for the show. 😮 🤯 if they ever watch Smallville arrow & flash they will see crossovers for the 1st time. That's awesome!
I have not seen this movie before but have seen the earlier ones and was reading the comics when a kid. I enjoy all your reactions. You make me laugh everytime. I love all the instructions from both of you😊 Hela gets very emotional.😊😊❤❤
Released during Supes' 75th anniversary and the highest-grossing Superman film of all time. Not a darker interpretation of the character. But a more human interpretation of the legend, taken more seriously and still treated in a larger than life fashion. Christopher Nolan, producer and story creator after finishing The Dark Knight Trilogy. Using elements from several iterations (origin and exploits). Pushing the envelope of just how powerful and vulnerable he is in a world of the impossible becoming possible. The lead actor, Henry Cavill was in a retelling of The Count of Monte Cristo (2002), the Showtime original series The Tudors (2007-2010) and Immortals (2011) before being casted as Clark Kent/Kal-El. He also has a good supporting cast around him. The themes implored into the movie much like the comics still hit a major cord. Saw it 3 times (reg. format, IMAX and IMAX 3D). I had major chills throughout this movie because of how much I loved this character and why he's the legend we know. Zack Snyder's vision, David S. Goyer's writing and Hans Zimmer's score. With this as the DCEU's beginning, the journey from here has been gratifying to me.
Finally some one gets it-YES. LOL. Well said and explained, amigo,I LOVED seeing this film at the cinema and thought it was-GREAT.I listen to the sound-track almost every day,it's just TOO good.
Hi Movie Munchies!! Keep up the great reactions to these superhero movies, it is so fun to see you react to these stories. Hela has the best things to say about scenes in the movie. You both are so beautiful, too :) Have a great day, beautiful ladies!!
Im glad they watched this movie first...because if they watched Superman 78 first, they would be disappointed by the darker tone of Man Of Steel. I used to think this was a bad movie, but once I remembered this movìe is sbout a man's FIRST day on the job. He is not yet the Superman we know and love...lol.
AGREED,1761,not really a darker tone, just a more human interpretation of SUPES. Like you said ( which most Superman fans tend to not get ) this is Supes first time using all his abilities at once and against over whelming odds.I felt eventually Zod and his soldiers would've defeated Supes, they had the numbers and their weapons from those ships really hurt him. If MOS had been more successful the next film would've dealt with Superman becoming more like the SUPES fans love.
This is definitely my favorite Superman movie, and I've been watching them my whole life. Henry Cavill and Zack Snyder did such a great job of showing how Superman would react to *our* world, a world that doesn't trust him and starts off by rejecting and fearing him. And the new details about Krypton and how Clark is born to choose his own destiny instead of filling the role that society chooses for him is a very important one for all of us. I'm looking forward to watching your reaction to "Batman v Superman". I know you've already filmed it, but I hope you picked the Ultimate Edition, which is the version Zack Snyder meant for us to see. When you watch the Justice League movie, make sure it's "Zack Snyder's Justice League" and not the theatrical version.
I'm a big fan of Christopher Reeve's Superman, because I think Superman needs to be a little campy. (That's also why I like Dean Cain) Going into this movie the first time, I didn't have much hope, but I was pleasantly surprised. It's not my favorite, but it's still a good movie. I think it's even better if you think of it as a science fiction movie instead of a superhero movie. The focus on Kal-El's birthright and the technology of Krypton makes it rather unique among the other incarnations of Superman I've seen.
This is EASILY my favorite Superman film and I thought Man of Steel was a-GREAT-film.This movie treated SUPES-as an actual alien, which he is.In this film Superman is referred to several times as the-ALIEN-in MOS.No other movie has ever done this depiction before and the Kryptonians has other out-posts on other planets too.

I think he originally had a fake posture to look nerdy and weak, but stands strongly when he's superman.
12:43, Hella was fun when she said, "Stealer, ha, Man of Steel." Her little, (ha) reminded me a little bit of Jim Carrey!
So happy you reacted to MoS. This was my Superman movie growing up, so Henry Cavill’s portrayal is always going to hold that place for me.
That's interesting. Didn't think about how ppl will have different superman's growing up. I watched ALois&Clark, Smallville & Superman returns, old superman movies. I cant remember which I watched first! Oops. All blends into one. It's really hard for me to pick a fav but hands down Cavill definitely 🔥 as superman should be 😂
If u imagine Reeves in a modern day suit, 4k, & todays budget 🥰 he's either on par or taking Cavills trophy on that one 😁 I love both & think their performances are equally astounding. We are so lucky to have the tech & stuff now 😊
Superman returns actor was the big one when i was younger, he did a great job, but got so much shame for it.
I strongly recommend watching the Snyder Cut Justice league movie
😂😂, Hela, "Stealer, Man of Steel."
@movie munchies - the full list of superman movies, in order. The first 4 movies starred Christopher Reeve. The one after that starred Brandon Routh, and the last ones starred Henry Cavill.

Superman 4: The Quest For Peace (1987)
Superman Returns (2006)
Man of Steel (2013)
Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice (2016)
Justice League (2017)
Poor Henry Cavill, seems to never catch a break.
Blame wbd and all their bullshit
Ladies please if we’re going down this road please watch Batman v Superman Ultimate Edition next…then Wonder Woman…then Zack Snyder’s Justice League!…that’s the journey…about to join your Patreon so I can enjoy your full reaction
I agree.
Oh a man of culture. Good advice.
You could've recommended some good films instead.
The BvS reaction is already done and posted on Patreon
@@rogeliolarronda But if it wasn't the Ultimate Edition, then they should watch that version, too, to get the full story the way it was meant to be shown.
"you dont need to ask if he's ok" my thoughts exactly
"cant you see the bullets dont work!!" my thoughts exactly
"a truck coming? NOT the right time" theres never a good time to take a truck to the face 😹
another great reaction!!
Thanks this made me laugh 😂
This is one of my favorites. You girls for English not being your first language, your doing great. And your genuine. Keep it up
Hella's remark about "the flying school bus" reminded me that I should suggest that you watch the movie *"Sky High"*. It's a very excellent superhero high school comedy movie that I think you would both enjoy.
One of my favourite movies, saw this 6 times in theatres :')
It's not dragon, there are no dragons in space, that makes sense. It's just an animal from Krypton. 3:54 🤭
Movie Munchies Super Hero Arc is epic.
I think Chi is in love with Clark Kent, little does she know that he is actually Superman.
@@Artorion I think Superman in the 90s TV-Series killed too sometimes but I may remember wrong.
@sawanna508 There were a couple of instances but that's it and in Smallville that one definitely killed. Which brings me to my point people don't know superman nor pay attention.
@@Artorion I still lean more toward the perspective that superman killing zod is significant because it challenges a core aspect of his character
superman is traditionally portrayed as someone who finds alternatives to killing because he represents hope, compassion, and the idea that there's always a better way. this is why that moment when he kills zod is so impactful. Its not just that he’s forced to kill-its that doing so deeply wounds him emotionally. he doesnt kill easily or without immense personal sacrifice. that moment, for many, represents the loss of his innocence, showing the weight of his responsibility as earths protector
however, as your "opposing" argument points out, superman has killed in the comics and in other adaptations. It’s not common, but it happens when he’s pushed to the limit and theres truly no other choice
i think it comes down to how the character is framed within the story and the tone of the medium. superman’s restraint from killing makes him a paragon, but its also his compassion and anguish when hes forced into a corner that makes him relatable. So, I can understand both sides, but I personally see his no-kill stance as a core, defining feature of his character, even though exceptions can happen under extreme circumstances
@@TheEnfadel Well Said
I like the Christopher Reeve era Superman movies better except for Superman 4 I wasn't that fond of that one. The series Smallville is also one of my favorites series 10 seasons from Clark Kent's years in high school through his becoming Superman.
I think for him to fly he should think happy thoughts
Movie munchies I don't know if you have a favorite movie from your reactions but I guess you are having a good time watching a lot of superhero movies
The best Superman movie
🔥🔥🔥
The Man of Steel movie was the first of another interconnected world of comics like the MCU (Iron Man, Captain America, Avengers, etc.), but this time it's DC comics. It wasn't as successful, as it emphasized darker themes over the brightness that Superman represents.
Hela at 10:24 😂. That was also the men’s reaction. 🥴

"Steal, man of steal. Ha!" OMG so funny :)

I wish to have friends like you. You are so lovely & fun & I have fun watching movies with you 🙂
I was so excited to see the notification today! I love superman movies & cant wait for you to watch the original. I grew up watching the Adventures of Lois & Clark, Smallville & every Superman movie.
I think you would really like these tv shows, Smallville (Superman) Bewitched (Secret witch) Buffy (Slayer of vamps) Once upon a time (Disney guess who fantasy show) If you ever want to try them, i think you will enjoy a lot. They all embody the vibes of current content of your channel. Not sure on yt popularity, but i know they were all hit shows at the time. It would be interesting to see a reaction to s1 of each. Maybe you could continue with your favourite/most popular video
Love from Jessie , UK 💜
The girls should totally watch the Reeves Superman, at least the 1st one.
Can't Wait to See Both of Your Reactions to Wonder Woman in Batman vs Superman 🙂
24:20 Do not go under an overpass in a tornado.
😂😅 Jack Snyder
Superman as a boy didn't know how to control all the sensory input like the sounds and x-ray vision. So when Zod took off his helmet, he wasn't used to his new abilities that Kryptonians get when they are on Earth. So every Kryptonian can have Superman powers
Best superman movie ever
Now you need to watch Brightburn. Its basically superman but who grew up to be evil
I love that you're doing these videos in you non natural language.

😂 same, had me laughing so hard at this bit, like yep ladies it's weird isn't it 👀 can't look away 😅
Came here to post this... Hela's face!😅
They indeed liked what they saw, like most of the planet to be honest.
So, we have 2 months for something to dethrone "Man of Steal" as Pun of the Year.
Hella thinking if Superman never came and is the cause for so much destruction to the city, I'm wondering if she'll be on Bruce's side in BvS XD
I like how they went back to the original comic storyline. Originally, Superman didn't fly, he did however jump huge distances (hence the "leaps tall buildings in a single bound" line.
He is definitely flying in this movie.
Its a bird?
Nooooo
Its a plane?
Noooo
Its a jumping guy from other planet who exist among us, work at News office, like to destroy everything and can not fly but jump?
Yessss....
😂😊😅
@@batesvillbilly368 they meant his first attempt at flight in the movie
@@robwebnoid5763 5763,what made Superman switch to flying was the character-CAPTAIN MARVEL ( now called Shazam ) whose comic book was out selling Supes so bad DC ( can't remember the name of DC back then ) they sued the company producing the Shazam comics.
Hi I'm new, if you like Superman I recommend the movie superman returns
45:48 the claws that come out to attack Superman are a defense mechanism, to ward off any attack. it saw Superman approaching. i'm glad you are on this journey of Superman/Batman, they have some amazing films! i hope you watch right to the latest "The Flash" it has a cool call-back to a 80's super hero. enjoy your journey, and in turn we'll enjoy with you! 22:42 i could just picture you hanging on to the cape as he is going faster than the speed of sound 🦸♂🤸♀ 😄
If your next is batman v superman, watch the “Batman v Superman Ultimate Edition”. Rated R
Glasses are the best disguise.
I'm glad to hear you're watching the 1978 Superman movie, too! It's one of my favorite movies from my childhood. It is maybe not as slick and sophisticated as this movie, but it has a lot of heart.
It's a bit cheesy, but it's just a nice, pleasant movie.
Unfortunately they watched the 3 hour cut which is pretty badly paced.
12:42 i love her so much 😂😂
She’s brilliant 🌸🌸
@@johnsecret1865yes she is, yes she is 😌
I still say the first two movies from 1978 and to 1980, of both filmed at the same time, have more heart and a little bit of humor that I enjoyed greatly what's the way Christopher Reeve portrayed Superman and Clark Kent as their own individuals can be seen play the actor's great performance.
Hella: "Why don't I understand anything, but I'm still excited?!"
Zach Snyder movies in a nutshell😂❤
If you want to see something truly amazing and a true story, you should watch Society of the Snow. You won't believe it. I warn you that you are going to see something like you've never seen before.
I recommend you watch the extended version of “Batman v Superman” explains the plot better, and you definitely have to see Justice League Znyder Cut. Please don't watch the theatrical version. It's horrible.
Another great reaction thanks!
On top of Superman (1978) you should definately react to Superman II (1980), voted by many to be the best Superman film.
If your gonna watch Batman vs Superman make sure it’s the extended version, also please watch Zack’s Cut of the Justice League movie. As the villain of the movie looks much better there then the other version of that movie.
You should watch Superman (from 1978) too. The Clark Kent is much better played in my opinion.
Both of superman's dads have both played Robin Hood. Also you should put "Brightburn" on your Halloween movie list. It's kind of the same story of superman, if superman went bad as a child
I like your purple heart earrings, you always look so cute. you will have to watch Justic League and Wonder Woman also. I love the Superman movies
13:25. Hella might have an idea for a new Children’s Education Program-“The Flying School Bus”
I don't know. A school bus that has some kind of... magic?
I don't think it'll ever fly.
LOIS AND CLARK THE NEW ADVENTURES OF SUPERMAN with Dean Cain and Teri Hatcher (1993 - 1997)
Maybe you can have a PATREON POLL so you can watch selected EPISODES of this ROMANTIC Superman -- In the last season Lois and Clark MARRY EACH OTHER !!
-- SUPERGIRL (2015 - 2021) American TV series about SUPERGIRL MELISSA BENOIST (is his cousin and another Krypton survivor). She is also a news reporter but in a different city
The Supergirl series is pretty good, but it gets more serious and darker later.
(THANKS - Dave Strong)
Awesome reaction🥰.
You can probably also watch the “Smallville” series, which traces Clark Kent's powers from high school to adulthood. There are 10 seasons, but it's a good idea to stop at the fifth.
Yep. Then theres
Adventures of lois & Clark is best for the reporters office romance couple stuff
Superman & lois follows where every movie ends usually happy ever after married or lois pregnant, so it explores the couple co parenting, how an alien would parent & balance work & hide identity etc. I love it as a concept. But if you saw crisis crossover, I think Tom welling & Erica did this perfect & would have preferred them instead for the show.
😮 🤯 if they ever watch Smallville arrow & flash they will see crossovers for the 1st time. That's awesome!
The new best Supi ever! Christopher Reeve - > Tom Welling -> Henry Cavill
I have not seen this movie before but have seen the earlier ones and was reading the comics when a kid.
I enjoy all your reactions. You make me laugh everytime.
I love all the instructions from both of you😊
Hela gets very emotional.😊😊❤❤
I encountered a tomato once. Thanks ladies! 🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹
Please watch Superman and Lois to see how amazing these characters are.
A very imperfect movie but a good popcorn flick.
I'm a big fan of Christopher Reeve's Superman, because I think Superman needs to be a little campy. (That's also why I like Dean Cain)
Going into this movie the first time, I didn't have much hope, but I was pleasantly surprised.
