Relief. Listening to these coaches just feels right. I hope we stick with these coaches for a few years. The players are responding well it seems. They just seem so much happier. Hopefully this will lead to more wins. Our expectations are so low that we will be happy with just 6 wins and a new hope for a promising future. Please no more drama. I know this sounds dumb, but I always thought that Garrett was paid by Dallas under the table to screw over the Giants offense. I never liked that choice. I love these coaches.
We should’ve never hired Garrett or a special team’s coach as our head coach but I really feel good about the new staff & management

This is one of the few times I've really seen a DC and OC battle at a Giants camp. Love it
As a Giants fan for 51 years all I want is to be competitive this year and then be better every year. I believe we have the right people in charge....

Yeah before it felt like the giants would just patch the holes for a short time but this feels thorough and long term
Love the "stop the run" mentality. They will especially need that against guys like Henry and McCaffery in the first two weeks of the season.

I hate seeing Mike Kafka’s face. I sat there watched him be drafted to Philly while studying for final exams in college then I watched him start a game for the Eagles now he’s going to be calling plays for my team and I’m reminded of how old I am😂😂😂😂
I have a really good feeling about Kafka I could see him turning the offense around in the next few years either with DJ or another QB which with Coach Daboll and Kafka I think the Giants can take someone who is a "Project" but if they have the right tools will be a superstar. Maybe someone like Anthony Richardson or Cameron Ward.
I feel like although Anthony Richardson could be elite if developed, he seems like even more of a raw project than Malik Willis

I think once we finish building the personnel to fit a Wink Defense we'll be unstoppable. Of course we still have to address the QB position but we'll be in great shape next season salary cap wise to do both!

Hiring coaches is one of those things where everyone loves the new guy immediately but in 2 years if there’s nothing to show then people will always say he wasnt the guy, shouldntve gotten the job, etc. i’m cautiously reserved but my favorite part about this off-season cycle was that all the coaching hires appear to make sense. Even if these coaches dont work out, I can live with the decision to go with them (unlike previous hires)
There’s logic to it ! reasoning, and foresight on the signings we lacked in the previous regime 💪🏼

It's funny. Both Kafka and Wink seem like soft-spoken unassuming guys in their press conferences. However, out on the field they are competitive coaches who know how to lead and teach!
As UC Davis alum player (Wr ), so glad they giving Keelan Doss a shot. He has Jerry Rice skill set, body, mind, as a Raider he good enough to start. When he got on the field, produced.
I love looking on the sidelines and not seeing judge or garrett. It feels like we are the Giants again

He didn't even turnover the ball that much last year 7 picks and 1 of those picks is a hailmary throw in the saints game. I think he only fumble twice maybe 3 times but never lost it.
He's taken the steps even with incompetent coaches he fumbled a whopping 7 times last year compared to the 18 his rookie year

Amazing content! Nice to learn about our new coaches. Ngl, I'm a bit concerned about Kafka considering he's relatively young, doesn't have any previous OC experience and his only NFL coaching experience was coaching Patrick Mahomes...
SB teams started with the, Started with the, "Wrecking Crew". Took a few years but Carson then LT along with Carl Banks solidified that D.....

I know what wink brings, he’s shown what he’s made of. I really hope kafka lives up to my hype for him. Cohesive coaching and front office is the first step in a rebuild

To contend this team needs atleast: a WR1, CB1, IOL, TE1(Bellinger might become that guy but he’s a rookie) ILB, NT. And that’s off the top, I’m sure there’s more positions of need, but this is a young team that need development, it’s definitely a rebuild.
