This reminded me of grad school & working on my library degree. Yes, we really are happy to help our library customers, and I sure miss the beautiful libraries on the campus of my alma mater--public libraries are a whole different world. If only more of the benefactors of universities would distribute some funds to libraries serving those who cannot afford to attend universities, as well as those too young or too old.
