Thank you for your question! My comment is that they work just as well on catamarans or multihulls. From Sunreefs to Outremers, Itacats to Neel Trimarans, we receive nothing but praise for the performance, ease of handling and simplicity. The AF2 (asymmetric furling code 2 running gennaker) is a sail that can be used on the racecourse as well as for cruising due to its uncompeomised running shape coupled to its easy furling characteristics. I sailed with my elderly father on his 44ft monohull and this sail was often the only sail we used when cruising. We often did not even bother hoisting the mainsail! Feel free to get in touch if you’d like more insight into the shapes, Materials and uses of our IFS gennaker range.
It looks great!👏
