  • Purchased this black/stainless version from Lowe's on 08/30/2019 and it has been a great purchase so far! Everything works great, it's a nice grill, it's holding up well, all the upgraded features I mention in the video are key when purhasing a grill, I'd buy it again if this grill had a tree fall on it no problem. Ours was a labor day or memorial day sale probably labor day sonit was doacounted and like I mentioned in the video the all stainless was like $50 more even when these were on sale. Lowes doesn't show the black/stainless version on the site right now, but they do have the all stainless. See link below. Since we're almost back to August it may be a great time to look for the sale at Lowe's and get this grill!! Mine is model 698086.

Thanks for your review. Subscribed too.
Have this same grill and love it. A little Bar Keeper's Friend and a Scotch Brite nylon scrubber keeps the outside looking shiny and brand new, with only a little effort and can do the same with a two year old in about half an hour. Just scrub with the grain of the stainless steel. Give it a try. And, if the igniter stops working, forget a match and use a long multipurpose lighter. Or simply unscrew the push button cap and pop a new AAA battery in and you're good to go. Also, the covers over the burners are there to not only keep the burners clean, but to better distribute the heat and catch drippings for smoky flavor.
Again, thanks , and best to you.

Nice additional info. We use the long lighters as well. Cleaning the stainless will be nice, yeah make sure you go with the grain! I hadn't thought about the grease covers holding grease to give it a smoky flavor! Very nice. Thanks for subscribing!

It has a five year warranty on burners so dont forget that if they go bad.

@John Steel IV, you're right, I'm not sure if I mentioned warranty in the original video! Good catch!

Hi Shawn , I’m having a difficult time assembling my grill . Do you have any videos on assembly ?

@Chiquita Davis so sorry to hear that, sadly I didn't do an assembly video for this but didn't have any issues following the instruction manual. What part is causing an issue?

Nice review. I just bought one of these over the weekend. Having it delivered to me on Saturday. Looks like it goes the distance.. Did you use a cover or was this exposed?

Thanks for the comment! I did a product review for a grill cover I purchased that I use on my grill. I do not leave it exposed, they just wear out so much faster sitting out in the sun and rain. Here is the review of the grill cover which has been holding up great since I posted the review after I bought it: ruclips.net/video/bTQRT17TPx8/видео.html
At the time I did the review the grill cover was out of stock but hopefully it is back in stock now. It is a 55", just fyi.

Can you convert this grill from propane to natural gas?

@frank Rodriguez that's a great question and I'm sorry I can't answer it right away I'd have to check, but it probably has to do with the regulator. I wouldn't suggest it until it was researched for safety. I believe it's something some online search would clear up. Please reply with what you find!
