    You should add a Reverso or Jabasco oil change pump in the engine bay and plumb it to the oil pan. It would make oil changes easy

      Now you're on to something.
      This weekend I saw a headrest that doubled as a secret storage area! It was expensive and the reviews were bad, but there's got to be others out there.

      @@HondaFit4Adventure I think that making maintenance as easy as it is on the big engines in marine vessels would be a major plus

    Use a conformal coating and bigger copper heatsinks on the raspberry pi

      The new PiCase is a heatsink itself. I'll probably replace the thermal tape that it came with.

    neat build but I will warn you about using the stove on you steering wheel. if there any type of chip in the windshield the heat can lead to the it cracking . Once had something like this happen to me .

      That's an excellent recommendation. I bet it's even more true during the winter months with the extreme temperature difference between the inside and outside the windshield.

      Do you have a cvt transmission?, I have one and been reading all kinds of conflicting reports. They say they r good to 100-150 and then I read they can last past 300,000. What is your opinion. I have done the fluid replacement 3 times now.

    Why did you get rid of the roof rack with supplies?

    • @HondaFit4Adventure
      @HondaFit4Adventure  2 месяца назад

      Hi Yoshi. I got rid of the roof rack to give the car a stealthier appearance. I did manage to keep and maintain all of its overlanding features or supplies though. Now there is one large flexible solar panel fixed to the roof, a water tank that is hidden in the bumper, a secondary fuel tank that pumps into the main tank and the traction boards are hidden inside of the car.
      Here's a RUclips short on the new setup. ruclips.net/user/shorts450cT1kydek?si=rtO2IdZ9qlze9zSg
      I'll have to make a new full tour video soon.

    Whats that raspberries pi 4 again or how it work?

    • @HondaFit4Adventure
      @HondaFit4Adventure  4 месяца назад

      In some areas of the country they enforce speed by aircraft. I use a traffic app on my phone which alerts you of nearby aircrafts, but it's mostly filtering through larger commercial air traffic online. The raspberry pi acts as a little transponder and helps pick up the smaller aircrafts. Run the app, and bluetooth connect to the pi.
      You can look up ADSB flight tracker for similar raspberry pi builds.
