Yeah, I thought Blizz made it very clear a couple expansions ago that preventing a boss from casting abilities permanently was an exploit, and bannable. I am not rooting for a ban personally but this should be patched out and the key not counted.

Remember stacking outside the raid buffs that were 1shotting raid bosses, or glitching bosses / mobs into walls for them to still cast their abilities but to hit nobody? Yeah. Back in WoD I got banned for soloing DW as a warlock, as it happened for a GM to spectate my run and that boss was unskippable back then. Still not gonna tell how, as i'm not sure if the "strat" is fixed or not, tho it's irrelevant now as you can simply skip it.

something you didnt mention for battlefield, tanking it in the middle also allows you to pre-cleave adds before they even become active for the fight, most adds will come in at 70% or lower when the boss finally calls them in, tanking on the edge misses a large portion of the archers / mages with stuff like b-flurry or imo-auras
That was super interesting, only play at a 22/23/24 level but it's cool to see the tech for the super high keys anyway. Not planning on integrating it into my PUGs though XD

There must be something i dont understand about the current M+ meta...newly started playing DF. Why do teams run a healer but then also an evoker as...what im assuming is the 3rd dps slot that just does no damage?
@@gergosimon2884That glitch actually looked decently tight to pull off. You're allowed to hate glitches, but glitches doesn't necessarily translate to no difficulty. Hell, sometimes glitches even add difficulty.
@@Senen33eh. Bigwigs tells tank when the ability is going to go off. DH gliding isn’t especially hard, and they can always practice before hand. It might not be a free skip, but it’s definitely cheap.
What value does aug add? It doesnt look like its contributing more dps to the group than the diff in dps from one of the other dps and it and similarly doesnt look like it adds much healing?
I mean that is probably true. I watched a VOD of them attempting a 29, and they wiped to exactly the same thing that they almost wiped to in the 28 with the boss AOE + the stacks of the buff. It's just really dangerous at this level, but not having to move the boss is nice. I'm pretty torn.
@@Tettles If you starfall in that area, does it hit the enemy mobs? Or is it just ground effects that deal damage to them? Sigil of flame and death n decay will deal damage to them and they 'seem' to spawn with very low hp. I'm curious if there's some tech there that hasn't been utilized.
Tanking in the middle so adds get grouped and die instantly is just insane value for the melee. The uptime loss is pretty big if you need to run out all the time to deal with them. You need to be able to get off your CDs before whirlwind comes out.
Not sure if it was just luck or not, but in my rise earlier in the week on morchie when she spilts and you have to find the right one. We got lucky and it spawned right where I was tanking here and then when the dragon did its frontal it stayed there for a good 30 secs so we were doing dmg to both morchie and the dragon form together haha
i don't get how they almost pulled the entire first room in one grab and the disc priest didn't use any cd's except Desperate prayer and Power Infusion.
Tyr fix is probably going to come soon, exploiters wont be punished and the key wont be removed unless the keys that were exploited impact people getting the titles which likely wont be an issue. Abuse early, abuse often as they say.
Fun Fact: Just tested this as a prot pally. You can do this as any other tank with a potion of gust and a wyrnstone from an evoker. :) Have fun for 24 hours till it's patched
yes, the core mechanic of the fight is that ANY of the abilities the boss does can hit the ghosts, and any ghost he kills will give him a stack. so you need to make sure to bait frontals + bladestorm to the edge.
@@shaunybonny688 Battle Senses "Upon defeating an enemy, Lothar gains Battle Senses..." And as there are horde and alliance NPCs endlessly entering the area, there are enough enemies to hit.

Because Tettles showcased it you know Blizz will hotfix within 15 minutes of seeing this. Seems to be the only time blizzard does anything. “Tettles is showing fun detected! Fix it now!”
I know this will be unpopular, but I actually propose they should get a ban for this. The "fun detected" complaint is getting tiresome and uninteresting. Intentionally breaking the game requires an answer.

Can we fix something? The last boss is NOT iridikron, it’s chronolord deios. We battle iridikron in galakrond’s fall. It *seems* like nothing, but nuance and clarity is everything sometimes.
Here I am, scared to heal pug a +25 rise and someone does a +28, insane. That first boss kill seems like an exploit mortals would get banned. Well played.

10:26 another upside is the adds are mostly 50% hp, when taking at the side you often get adds with full hp.

100% not intentional. I would expect an exploit like that would cause disqualification from TGP/MDI. Everything after tyr is perfectly fine though.
