We looked into this community. The house you see is NOT available. It is a "Designer's Model". Most of the finished, inside and out are after market. They told us to budget an extra $100K for the pool. Seems like a dishonest way to advertise.
The title says " model home tour", "build a home", I'm sorry if it wasn't clear that this specific home is not for sale.
Unfortunately this is how new construction home builders showcase model homes in 99% of the communities I've visited, some builders do less interior decorative additions and some do more structural options, just depends on the builder. It's definitely very different than buying resale homes. Thanks for watching. ☀️🌴
