I'm working from home right now because of the coronavirus. But I used to I spend more time commuting, about 3-4 hours a day. But over time I got used to it. Because I used public transport I was reading a book or studying English words in the morning and napping in the evening, the last thing allowing me not be tired when I came home.
Deadlines in my work is usual thing, but not every day, only near the end of the project. To relieve stress I do yoga.
