SEOUL DELISH SERIES: spam grilled cheese w/ kimchi tomato soup 스펨치즈산도 김치토마토수프 ASMR

This recipe is based on a family meal I make for my staff at my restaurants. A super fun take on the classic combination of grilled cheese and tomato soup. Something I ate as a kid for lunch at school cafeterias growing up. I'm sure many of you share the same memory.
This is my fun take on it. i absolutely LOVE spam and making different types of spam sandwiches is something I love to do. So why not grilled cheese? & then I thought.. well kimchi and spam are a match made in heaven, and so I added kimchi to the tomato soup and bam- this recipe was born. It's heavenly.
