- On this week's episode of THE SANDWICH SERIES, I'm testing a CHEESE KATSU SANDWICH. I stuff pork loin with mozzarella cheese, serve it on a homemade milk bun and serve dipping gravy on the side. It's sensational- and the cheese pull is serious.
