If there is one thing Ghana is rich in is it’s resources in food and the Ghana Food Movement (GFM) understands that. It was a delight to speak to two members of the Ghana Food Movement- Lotte Wouters and Abdallah Smith, to shed light on the food system in Ghana, how we can all be a part of it in a very fun way to ensure we have a sustainable food future in Ghana and how to patronize our foods and utilize them in dynamic ways that we haven’t yet explored.
