this is gold. everything anton does is gold. simple, effective chain wrestling with answers for every common problem. just awesome.
I love him.
@@jackjack4412 double but clinch 😂🖕
Clinch takes down are so under valued, great stuff
I agree! Why do you think that is?
The details are reay great to hear good teachers. I like how relevant this is to someone with a jiu jitsu background. It's not just shots and meta wrestling.
Some meta wrestling but not just shots.
This is upper-body wrestling. That's like 1/2 of stand-up wrestling.
@@kallepikku4991 Yeah I'm with you you're right. Technically it's just creating that shot so it's meta wrestling. Upper body creating the ability to shoot.
So that's fair.
But it created that shot within a clinch as well ... so it's also relevant for more also! I jiu jitsued wrestlers and my school won state in our area wrestling so they were good but at that age I wasn't ready to handle wrestling.
I was mostly tall lanky and bone in high school.
I filled out later that was my curse.
I don't have that problem anymore.
So instead I learned fighting and fought a lot, like street fought.
It's whatev that's what I did.
I couldn't have cut weight I wasn't short or small but I also wasn't huge either it was a really inconvenient size to be.
Dudes, idk that I've been able to take moves and apply them immediately in training from anyone else online like I have with y'all. Hopefully I'll be hitting some of these when I'm back in class shortly :)
Much love!
Upperbody wrestling is great for MMA and fighting in general. But really for is old folks, it's just a relieve from constantly having to bend over. I find myself wrestling up-right much more as I get older.
In my utmost humble opinion.
Sublime content as always, and the benefit of these specific takedowns is that they enable oneself to maintain top position or even remain standing for follow up strikes if need be, especially when concerning self defense altercations where falling can be an high risk detrimental factor for both defender/ attacker.
Sincere appreciations for sharing and enabling all of us the honor to observe and learn from such peers as yourselves.
Sincere regards.

clinch and cage takedowns for MMA. PLEASE, Greetings from Spain, Thanks for the work you do.
anton look like wolverine (x-men) with the right hair setup !!
Thx guys.
Love ya stuff!!! South Africa💪🏼💪🏽
Great stuff as always! Options from every position is killer, I’ve noticed.
If you always have an A, B and a C that work together from a position, you don’t have to be as good at the A, B or C to make it work. Which is great for me 😅
The c tuning yeah 🤣
Especially when the defense to A opens a window to land B, and vice versa!
Tank you for this my sparring partner in boxing didn't stand a chance🔥🔥🔥
Wait, is this allowed in boxing?
I mean you don't touch his legs and it's not considered wrestling because it is clinching which is allowed. So this is actually legal?
Clinching is not allowed in boxing
In the first and second takedown you could also trip like in judo, sasae tsurikomi ashi
Wow amazing!
Cool
So proud to subscribe to the channel and support these guys.
ty
Good stuff
You have taught me a lot. Ossssssss
I wanna be like Anton. Teach me , coach
Good stuff. Thanks.
To this day 💪
great video
Yo nice stuff.. I like how you guys discuss several possibilities of the same move and what to do when that situation comes. Keep posting videos like this, from a fan
This is gold
It feels great to have great hair. -Henry Cejuda
Love the moves! Awesome job teaching the move AnTon!!!!
Great to have stand up stuff. Congrats to your students.
Wow. That was too awesome!
Thank you
6:23 shelf his legs with your post leg
Great video guys
Great stuff brother's 👏
The guy that owns the clinch usually owns the fight. Boxing ends in clinch, wrestling stalls in clinch. It is an underrated position.
I am gonna try those ones tonight ^^
Arf didn't manage to place one of these. I am in position but I end up making a judo throw instead, feels easier. I am probably doing something wrong...
Next try in two days in mma.
So useful. Thanks to Brian and his team!!! Please keep up!
This is great for MMA folks, and even better for the Sanshou guys! You're doing some great work!
These are by far the best takedowns for mma. Offensive yet still defensibly responsible
I've been working clench all month, this is great
Clinch wrestling/fighting is what we all want. More!
Yeah we love Anton simple and we'll working combination .Keep the great work.
Anton is such a great takedown coach!
Great!
my hair will never look like Anton's
Anton is sick 😍😍😍🤩🤩🤩

Great video, very practical and realistic! But, I have to watch it in the mirror because I am more comfortable with left underhook. 😀 Thank You for this great stuff!

Wonderfull Greco stuff!
Good stuff! 👍🏽thanks
Love these too coach! Thanks
Love it fellas!
Great series!
The best of the best brother
Go with the Force. He wants to pull. Go with him.
If I had a dollar for every pixel in this video I’d have about 75 cents.
But seriously great content
we call that Sasae Tsurikomi Ashi in Judo when you trip him/her at the foot, you can also drill a Hize Guruma by putting your foot at the knee as you spin them around they're both great throws
He’d be propping against the far leg as opposed to the near leg he bumps in his technique if he were doing Sasae tsurikomu ashi or Hiza Guruma.
Great vid!
🔥
That was fun Anton. How do I get my hair like yours?
I miss Trent
Dammmmmmn!!
Based and wrestling pilled
Was the first one just sort of a lateral drop?
this is so great
tell dude to stop standing like he got buff scoliosis
Really!? no one responded with "swoliosis?" Im not mad I'm just disappointed...
I was the only guy that went to the gym. Everyone else played video games. I don't think the vast majority of people were able to flex.
What's the defense then?
Don't let them do it 😂
7:30 츄라이만
Thanks Adam Sandler 🙏🏾
Anton, speak Russian too. Чисто по-братски прошу 😄
Now show us the one where Alex gets his back slap revenge 🤣
Can you heel hook on the single leg take down THANKS
What's the name of the last move?

LoL very hard
Use the but clinch twice thats how you get out the strangle hold 🙀
Decent technique but WAAAY too much cheese... made me wanna FART.
Nope
I really like this channel. Please ask the students to keep their hair short. Stop touching hair. In addition put a shirt on. Thank you
People training shirtless is cringe.. No one cares that you have muscles.
Great vid though!
thank you
