B High is the southern Sway. Of course Sway effect on hip hop is over 30 years and he is worldwide but u get what I'm saying. Great interviewer, respected by the artists, etc
Probably my favorite rap album of all time. He had a crazy run on there right there with Kanye & Just Blaze. He’s a cold producer all around too. Like in R&B. Making “Don’t Leave Me” for Blackstreet, their biggest song.
Here's a couple of suggestions of how you could finesse it, you find a dude in town you send him a short message, say “Hey, I'm new in town, I don't know my way around, but I got some soft white that's sure to come back brown” - Jay-Z
Love these kinda background stories. I'm so glad Bink let them sit on that 1900 Hustler beat, because they made the perfect song over that track. Props to Beanie Sigel for coming with the concept. That's crazy that Freeway, who arguably had the best verse on there, wasnt supposed to be on the record. That's a 5 mic song.
he has done interviews. and i think combat jack interviewed him. he fathered just Blazes style so because of the jay z connection i feel like they be tryin to silence him
Wait, I thought him and Kanye said just stole and copied their style for Blueprint but in this interview he saying Kanye and Just already had their songs for blueprint before he played his. Interesting 🤔
Yeah, I noticed that too. Little inconsistencies like that throw me off. My guess is, they were all cooking up soul samples together. They all influenced each other.
it must be said that the Geto Boys had a song called Dial a Crook 1st. it was actually on the Convicts album with Big Mike and Lord 3-2.. exact same concept. maybe beans reapectfully borrowed it. just a lil hip hop history
Face is beans favorite emcee he spoke on it in an interview he said when he got on the first artist he wants to work with was Scarface and jay made it happen
The Convicts were 🔥....I found the tape in my cousins Benz in 1991.... favorite track back then on there tape was"Peter Man"...and "I aint going back!"
Bink is the unsung hero of Blueprint.
intro and outro was his
Quiet dude. You can tell he’s not ego driven like for example Kanye
He also helped Jay steal All I Need from NAAM Brigade
@@elbowgang9715Wait what?!
Never knew that was him on 1900….i still laugh when he says “ bullsh*t a** elevator music”😂😂😂😂😂
B high dint get the credit. Bruh top 3 interviewer!!!

Bink one of my favorite producers. Everything I've heard from him has been heat.
Damn I went to school with Bink. Dude was beat boxing back then
Big Boy Table.....these two Legendary
There was a time where I bought albums just because of bink productions.
He did 1-900-HUSTLER? Oh, this dude is a problem in the studio 👍👍👍
Thats one of the coldest beats EVER
It's crazy. Most people still think Just Blaze, not Bink, did that beat.
A YO We Va got the Best Producer in the Game Bink so underrated ‼️ That Blueprint was a Classic ‼️

Bink the #1 hater 😅

That's like if someone takes your stuff and makes it big and you going to cheer them
@derrickcarter3361 Bink is a racist and a hater and cant play keys so he fell off.
The camel music is for Europeans and casuals
