The guy was down and subdued. This is murder.
Yes, they tased him and then shot him five times after he had fallen to the ground.
They closed in on him and he was flailing around, the taser wasn’t working or he would not have been able to flail around. He was not subdued.

The taser stopped working for some reason, and he reached for his machete and was combative. FAFO. Move back to whichever liberal state you came from.
There are camera's everywhere downtown. If he was brandishing a machete at people and threatning them, you know damn well someone gonna pull out there phone and record or the security cameras had to have caught it. But none of that happened. Or did I miss the surveillance or witness videos on that part? I know that none of that happened. They tryna justify what they did so bad its ridiculous...
The machete he was "wielding" was in its sheath at the time, it wasn't even out. "The taser became ineffective" the Police Chief says, how long did it take them to decide the taser was ineffective? 3 seconds? He didn't even stand up!
Maybe when the guy was flailing around and fumbling with unsheathing that machete? Watch the video dude

Man with deadly weapon harassing citizens and threatening them who then failed to comply with police. Even after being tased resisted and reached for weapon. Pretty cut and dry here folks. I am sad for the family of this person and the state of society as a whole.
No it’s really not, because he was down and his machete was in the sheath. They responded inappropriately to someone who was experiencing a mental health crisis. They killed him because they clearly lack appropriate training to handle such situations.

5 shots.. officer gets a pat on the back from another.. man is dead after man with gun shoots 5 shots from close range.. seems to me that excessive force was used since the man was down.. I'm disappointed with how this situation was handled. 5 shots!! into a man who may have been having a mental breakdown. mental illness needs compassionate care, not quick fingered, shoot first mentality. I concede the man was tasered first - . I think there should be an investigation into why 5 shots were fired into a man who was on the ground. make sure tasers are in working order, provide pepper spray or reinstate billy clubs/batons before shooting 5 shots! I am alarmed at how quickly this escalated. how much de-escalation training is provided? and was a negotiator called in?
This man was my father and he was at that time high on meth, he was live on facebook a couple hours before and was saying the federal government was after him, he had been tasered yes but was reaching for a machete and that's why I think they shot him.

Yeah you disobey a cop and all the sudden murder is okay. This country is freaking crazy man. When did this ever become okay? It's our fault that this happens you know?
