I think my favourite DBD builds are gen-rushing builds and especially looping builds since when looping there are a lot of ways to give you an advantage like aura reading, exhausion, etc.
@@suffelli8932 Ok so this is gonna be a long explanation looping is about knowledge majority of the looping tiles in the are like copy and paste so if you learn them and the optimal way to loop them you can improve how consistent you are at looping killers. once you have that I would recommend Window of Opportunity since it turn bad loopers to ok loopers and good loops to almost godly. The reason is that you will never have trouble finding a loop and once you get good an identifying the tiles layout you can automatically know how you would loop is when you see the pallet and window through the wall. Another perk that adds value without you needing to do anything is resilience since it increase vault speed when injured. Perks that can also help with a bit of practice: 1. Lithe - Can extend chase on a specific tile. - You can easily transition from 1 tile to another tile safely. I find lithe more consistent and easy to get value for since WINDOWS. 2. Sprint Burst: - Can be used to bait swings from killer. - The Exhaust can be 99% so you have a pocket dash. - If you are hooked during end game it can give you a heads start on the chase when you are unhooked. 3. Alert & Troubleshooter - Can give info on killer location - Can give you info if killer switch side to cut you off on loop This video is probs unnecessary and maybe a little outdated but if you really wanna improve fast I recommend this video: ruclips.net/video/JtUa0F6FUss/видео.html
I go in deep when I go gen rushes. Usually for solo I’ll go built to last, streetwise, hyperfocus, and deja vu. And for 4 mans I go same build but replace deja vu with prove thyself. We out here straight slaying gens.
I like the builds! I actually use Built to last, deja vu, hyperfocus, stake out. When I'm in a 4 man 1 or 2 of us will run prove thyself with BNP and 2 gens usually get done in the first minute or 2 and it's so demoralizing to killers.
I use first one but replace sprint burst with Fast Track/Stake Out, for free random progression. Or overzealous for even faster reparing. This overzealous build is the fastest thing ever if you manage to get a lit totem.
Your game looks great! I was having issues with my resolution for my vids cuz I play on console. I recently got a Elgato 4k capture card and now my videos look awesome!
I think you might like bardic inspiration. I've been using bardic inspiration and if get those great skill checks. Its so good and spreads to whole team that's near. Lmk if you try it. I was surprised with the speed increased visibly when i had bardic in chaos shuffle
Thats all i play is gen rush builds so im definitely going to try these out. Me and my buddies usually run two loop builds and two gen rush builds and are fairly successful (except against wesker, he's a bastard)
Honestly just make scavenger reduce it by 25% for 10 seconds. Also make it 3 great skill checks instead of 5, either that or make it so you can stack them up without depleting the toolbox and just press a button to repair the toolbox. Could even remove the debuff and add a repair animation for it instead that lasts 3-5 seconds,
It was either updating my graphics driver or downloading this thing some video recommended I do...but I was trying to fix my crashes on Helldivers not the dbs graphics haha
unfortunately, Hyperfocus doesn't do too much compared to without the perk. I've used it quite a bit and it doesn't change as much as Built To Last does I guess the best thing about it is the higher skill check chance?
Getting the tokens for stake out is so hard, im suck and I always get caught but wanna play gen rush. Is there anything advice or alts that can help me play gen rush better?
@@brianmedina6925 don't force yourself to get stacks...just get em passively playing the game normally. Shouldn't wait for stacks to do the gens they come naturally
Why is nobody showing the math or time saved per gen? Hitting a great skill check give you 1% bonus to the gen, hyperfocus give you +30% of base value. 30% of 1% will give you 1,3% on you next great skillcheck. But it gets better, stack it all the way to 6 stacks and you get 2.8% repair bonus on great skill check. Now at 6 stacks the skillchecks are stupid fast, how long can you keep it going? If you hit 7 great skillchecks from 0-6 stacks you get a total bonus of 13,3% total repairspeed, and that is also rare to pull off. Base chance of getting a skillcheck is 8%, hyperfocus stacks that up but not by a lot before you stack it up high. Many factors will make you leave the gen and loose progress, killer comes, unhooks needed, pain res, surge, eruption. Stakeout beeing useless against stealthkillers also a big downside. Reliably getting enough skillchecks to make hyperfocus worth it is sadly not feasable. Personally i belive the best use of hyperfocus + stakeout is healing with a brown medkit using the green skillcheck addon + gel dressing. How many heals you get is still sadly rng, but they are fast. Staying injured preferably with a medkit so you can 99 your own heal and using resilience + deja vu + overzealus is better imo. I also like streetwise + built to last, very good combo and a favourite gen rush build. Put on prove thyself and a teammate with streetwise (yes streetwise stacks) and gens will be deleted in no time!
Hyper focus is more the icing on the cake of you catch my drift lol. Also makes gen work feel more fun cause it's like slots. There's something to be said about that haha
And as far as numbers go cleansing a totem for overzealous takes 14 seconds plus the time to run and find the totem. The 10 percent boost only saves you about 9 seconds so ur better off just going straight to the gen at that point. Now it makes it's value back if you manage to get to gend 2 n 3 without losing the perk from a m1 so then we're back into the whole rng of it. Lol. I know you could get lucky and get a hex totem butt hyper focus is straight to the point and the increased gen speed from the toolbox will trigger more skill checks so you really do get a good amount of hyper focus value in since you don't have to cleanse a totem first or get injured (res) for the gen speed
@@TexanShield i agree with overzealus, so many times you get a totem and you loose it before getting on gen. And i have had fun with hyperfocus and stakeout, it definately "feels" good, but sadly the math doesn't lie 😢, well my math can but i didn't do it myself 😂
It's frustrating to lose toolboxes to good killers and they're limited so i found a good alternative is no mithers, resilience, deja vu, hyperfocus/fast track with empty hands Btw, please be wary of discordance anytime 2 survivors work on a gen, hunter will find out!
Ehhhhh I wouldn't worry to much about losing your toolboxes. If you play enough you'll get to a point where you have way to many across your characters. Can also use the add on to prevent item loss
@@TexanShield well for new players the items are limited and its rng whether you get it i have like 2 green boxes over 2 prestiges...however, resil + deja vu works fast too though and fast track
