It's my favorite DVC resort. The height of elegance and luxury. I have stayed in the tower studio and deluxe studio and, this summer, I will be staying in a two-bedroom. I'm looking forward to many stays at Riviera, but I don't see ever having enough points for the grand villa!
@@TheMouseScout It was a solo trip and perfect for my needs. I was on the 8th floor in the middle line (there’s three lines of tower studios) and had a beautiful view of the Skyliner, Epcot World Showplace buildings and spaceship earth, and TZTT. I guess this would work for two people as well, but mostly if they have the same tolerance or intolerance for clutter. It’s tough to keep the tower studio neat!
@@nycp1969 Thanks so much for letting me know. I have the feeling it would be cramped for me and my sister. But since the points are more reasonable, I'd like to try it at least once. Thanks pnyc1969!
We love this place too. Stayed there a night in August before going on the Wish. Honestly thought Disney's marketing info didn't really capture what it's like and about. They just made it seem like a Marriott in AnyCity USA. We had a Tower Studio and loved it! Trying to stay there again in November before another cruise.
A lot of people have have compared Riviera to Mariott. I've stayed at a lot of Mariotts and none of them have looked like Riviera. I don't get the comparison. On the other hand, Bay Lake Tower is absolutely generic and never receives that criticism.
@@nycp1969 That's my point. In their marketing it did look Marriott-like, but after staying there, I didn't think so. Bay Lake Tower was something unique for Disney when it opened. Then they copied and pasted that across other DVC properties they opened.
You know I've never been to the actual Riviera, but staying at this resort feels like I have! It feels very luxurious to me. I love it. Did you like staying in the tower studio? Thanks Scott!
@@TheMouseScout It's great for 2 people! From the balcony we had, we could see both Epcot and a little ways off the Hollywood fireworks, so that was nice. We used Skyliner to Epcot and walked to Flying Fish for dinner. Highly recommend it.
@@Scott__C Yes, BLT was the beginning of the tower format. Disney is not doing any more cabins, cottages, long houses, etc. It’s cheaper and more practical to build up rather than out. And most fans actually appreciate giving up a bit of theming for the ease of the smaller footprint of the tower style.

I adore that resort ! I stayed in one bedroom villa several times and wish I could make it home . Can wait to go back there again next summer ☀️
I do adore it too! That’s @nevea.4621!
Such a pleasant resort! Thanks for another great video and tour!
Thanks so much Jordan! I really appreciate it! :)
Nice vedio my dear friend, thanks for the tour in the beautiful resort ❤❤❤
Thanks Fortune GR88 Vlogs!! I appreciate it. :)
Love this resort so much! Stayed in a deluxe studio. Staying in a 2 bedroom in Dec and a tower studio in Feb. definitely our home away from home.
Which room did you prefer? Did you enjoy the tower studio? I'm asking everyone cuz I'm curious and these rooms are difficult to get. Thanks Adam!
@@TheMouseScout we have not stayed in the Tower Studio yet, that will be out Feb 2024 trip. We are excited to try it. :)
That view in the 3 bedroom Grand Villa is STUNNING 😍😍
Yes, it is! I want to model my house after it!
