    I live in Scottsdale Arizona, so I like warm! I like the pool temperature at 86 degrees and the air temperature 80-95 degrees. I love your videos and exercise with them in my own pool.❤️

    Thank you.😊 Was curious about the water temp. I have access to both warm & cool temp pools but I seem to get a better workout in the cooler pool. 😊

    Hi Marzena,, at my gym the indoor pool "air" temp is 90 degrees which i think is way to hot to vigorously exercise.. i have to bring two water bottles while i exercise.. one to pour on my head and the other to drink ... as for water temp,, it fluctuates from bath water to maybe 82? i love the teachers and classmates but i find it way to hot to exercise.. when your outside on a 90 day, most of the times there is a actual breeze!

      Yes 🙌 82-85 F is the best water temperature for Aqua Aerobic. For slower water exercises 84-89 F is good

    Can you PLEASE send a link where i can get those small bouys? The link from a year ago is not leading to them. The big regular ones found everywhere are just too much for me. And in South Texas i prefer 86!

      @ondemandaquaworkouts I think you mis understood. I'm doing the weight loss part 1 or 2.....you are using the smallest dumbells available. That is what I'm looking for. Mine are the regular 2 color large ones & it's just too much. My fault for the description. The video I'm doing I believe is from last year.

      @@sherrylwalker9344 Oh, I understand. These are not available at my store, and have nobodies where are these purchased. You can also cut a noodle into smaller pieces and use them as dumbbells: this is what I do if I want less resistance
