Loud 2nd in Lock//In, Won VCT Americas and were 3rd in Champions 2023, it definetely isn't what they wanted but it also isn't so bad to say that they completely imploded
Imploded meaning they lose a lot of what helped them win, going into 2023 they lost sacy and pancada who really did help them win champions, and now going into 2024 they lost aspas
@@Kryogenix2 Even so, it feels wrong to put them in the same category as EG and Acend since Loud are still a top tier team with the potential to win a title, sure if we were talking about the specific roster I would agree but we are talking about the team as an org no ?
@@KatastOrfeasIn this case we are just talking about the specific team that won champs and how that team of players imploded afterwards and the loud roster from 2022 fits that even if the org is still in a good spot
he also talked like tuyz and cauazin were picked right out of ranked like they were very consistent and have been on teams before like Cauazin was on NIP. Also the way he explained louds 1st second and third place made it seem like it wasn’t that impressive where it definitely was, loud got third place and almost beat EG despite aspas not showing up to a post match interviews and sleeping during a time out on there first day. They were a good fucking team and edg and eg did a lot of prep to get them. Yes maybe if they had pancada and sacy they could of done better but really it would of been hard to do better.

Even though Loud loss Sacy and Pancada after winning Champs, its not a really Failed just because they didnt Won another Masters or Champions. They still do great in most of the events
other than TL, they are the only team to have beaten fnatic, and more than once. they were also finalists in lock/in and they were lower finalists in los angeles. people think that just bc they didnt win another major RIGHT AWAY it means they're washed
LOUD lost to FNC in Lock in finals, but LOUD got their revenge from preventing them to get the champions

I don't think LOUD not running it back and going back to back is “completely imploding” or “underperforming”. What happened to Acend is underperforming and imploding. LOUD made it out if groups in every international event the following year.

Don't think LOUD imploded just because they lost Sacy and pAncada. Tuyz and cauanzin managed to fill up the gaps the two left. 2nd in Lock/In, won VCT Americas and 3rd in Champs 2023. LOUD still improved in 2023 and maintained their prowess.

That match vs 100thieves was a blessing in disguise, they’re really a young team back then thieves gameplan was so obvious, yet the crumble and playing against the veterans like hiko,nitro,ethan, exposed them, but also help them to be more calm even in in tight scenarious.

Loud wasn't a fail & EG as an org just split ways, I get the use of clickbait but its completely untrue. Loud still qualified for every international the following season & iirc made it out of group stage in each one. And we already knew EG was losing their core (if not their entire valorant team) WAY before champs even started. So if anything, that all in project was an unbelievable success.

I think "failed" is a bit of a strong word to use especially to describe Loud. Sure pancada and sacy may have been replaced by cauanzin and tuyz, but honestly they were still one of my top contenders for being the champs in 2023. They were extremely strong in their showing, made it to every tournament, went strong for most of them, but you gotta give them a bit of slack too.
Despite being one of the teams that should have been studied more often by teams as well with them being the champions and all, Pre-EG's rise in 2023, they were definitely still america's #1 seed. Took out such a dominant force in fnatic twice in champs (though i get that fnc may have been tired from winning masters back to back, but its still a feat nonetheless), won 2-1 against EG in champs, fell to prx 1-2 but still put up a fight. It's a bit of a stretch to say a team "failed" if they don't win back to back world tournaments, but still continued to put up a good performance.
It's a bit weird to say that the "curse" is only now about to start to affect Loud with the loss of aspas, but honestly the roster even without aspas is still a strong foundation. A player with the sort of quality aspas brought to the table is rare, yes, but the rest of the roster shouldn't be discredited either.

Aspas could keep "fighting" with less, because Loud less became Loud CEO after americas i think or a little later, so as CEO he could easily convince playhard (loud owner) to kick Aspas, if it took longer aspas would go to lev, and it would be even worse, making one of Valorant GOATs get to a "bad" team bc there are players that carry their team every single match and the same thing could happen with aspas

Gambit should’ve won Champions 2021, they were the best champions team against anyone in their prime. They would’ve won two tournaments in a row, which was unheard of at the time. The tournament was masters Berlin and gambit won against Envy (AKA Optic) in grand Finals. 6:30 that’s a hard match for NAVI because Liquid got Gambits two best players, Regard (wholesome IGL) and nAts (best Cypher and Viper player in the world).

Sorry will probably always mispronounce players. Got a speech issue due to a head injury playing American football. Had a stutter for a bit. Usually I will always mess up words that aren't words I say everyday even if I've heard them before (since I have to watch every clip that I place in the video, I've usually heard every name a lot). But it will always happen. Might use an AI voice for names but thought that would be lame
