Amen to everything that you have said. As a woman who has been evolving I have had to tweak somethings about myself. I have been on a self imposed relationship hiatus for the past several years ( I needed to do some healing and growing) and just wanting to hang loose and no strings attached, I am now ready to once again share my life. As a 51 years young woman I still have a lot of living to do and want to share my journey. I know what I want and what I don't want, no more settling for me that has been over. Anyway your advice speaks volumes and keep it coming we need it. LOL.
Girl I love all but #6 Control your emotions is for me. I am so emotional and I felt my man should understand that but hearing you I get it. It is not extractive to a man. Thank you:)

Hi Angel! Okay so we need to talk! Haha what is your advise for women who are currently single and have experience walking away from relationships that were unhealthy. I know as far as marriage goes I have absolutely no room to mentor anyone... But what about when you have friends who jump from one relationship to the next and continue to find the same men in different bodies? Or friends who are in unhealthy situations. I don't advocate for break ups (anymore-- I was once guilty) but I do have a strong belief in being happy in a healthy relationship with the right person. What ways do you think a single woman who has been through some things can provide input? I know from a coaching standpoint it will consist of questions that lead to them finding their own answers... But what about helping friends?
