I just bought the kitty cat fabric, too! I went to Elenor Burns shop in San Marcos today and there I bought Lori Holt’s new Christmas bundle. It was exciting to go to her shop.
Prayed for your Grandson! I too have a lot of quilts. I am going to put all of mine together and put them in zippered plastic bags that I ordered from Amazon. I am going to put one quilt kit and a couple of smaller items along with a couple of cute trinkets (zipper charms, etc.) into a handled bag. I am going to pick one every month starting next year. I am hoping to make a good dent in my kits. Have a Blessed day!!
Just watched today.Prayers for your sweet grand son.My 2 month old granddaughter was doing that same thing and my daughter rushed her to Willis Knighton south in Shreveport and she had a severe case of RSV and was in the hospital for 6 days.So I know just how scary that can be. And as a Paramedic It makes it so much worse not being there to make sure they are OK. Feel free to reach out to me if you need anything. Amy
My granddaughter told me Michael's had fabric again in our town also, she said everything coming in so far was $5.00 a yard or under. That was just the first 4 day the fabric was coming in. Oh Cathy, I do my DMC the same way. I mainly do embrodery just can't get the hang of it. I have tried. I have stuff to try it so I'm not giving up

Thank you so much. The idea behind my kitting the quilts is to go through my stash - hopefully 50% this year. I think I am off to a good start so far.
That kitty corn is so cute! I would just cut it into patchwork squares and sew it up. I would ask for cuddle as a backing when you longarm too.
