I think it's mainly used for bloodied builds. Their hp is already low from self-inflicted rads that building up more on them plus everything else makes them that much easier to kill.
PVP in fallout 76 is... Worthless not good at all its simply stupid no skill involved ...VATS... exact location on hud... mods... i mean it's too much stuff to balance. Don't get me wrong sometimes i'll nuke a high lvl player C.A.M.P. for the fun of it sometimes its a trap C.A.M.P. and some because they look like a F**ing fairgrounds, the amount of s**t they have in there its ridiculous.
