I feel like law enforcement probably knows things that they aren’t willing to share at the moment. They need to make sure that there are some details only the perpetrator knows. Idk, with how weird they’re being with the info, I feel like they know a bit more than what they’re saying but there’s already so much misinformation out there. When people don’t know the truth they’ll create their own unfortunately.

lmfao and thats why you aren't part of the investigation. fact of the matter is the roommates were on the bottom floor but the killer did not know they were there because they were knew to the house this year. everyone else had been there for at least a year prior. the killer had been planning this a long time because he became confident in the planning of the event either when the new girls moved in or before and at that stage he must not of been stalking the house. i have a feeling the person parked in the lot behind the house frequently. so they should ask other people who park in that lot on a regular basis if if they saw a peculiar car parked there more than once. should also ask the neighbors that live behind and around the parking lot up there.

In my personal opinion, this has serial killer written all over it. I’m no professional but I don’t think it’s targeted in the sense that the killer knew the victims, I think it was targeted in the sense that the killer may have been watching the victims leading up to the murders. He didn’t think to go down into the basement, he probably thought no one was down there. If this is true, this makes it a much more dangerous situation being that the killer is still out there. Also the killer is probably starting to get cocky by now because it’s been over a week and still hasn’t been caught. That cockiness brings on another level of danger in and of itself.

Well, I don't believe the killer knew the layout of the house at all, and that is why the two girls in the basement were still alive. He had no clue there were bedrooms down there.
And those on about those two girls new something? Come on they were asleep in their room in the basement, they had heard sounds b4 they went to sleep so locked their door thinking there was a bit of a party going on upstairs. They could have those noise-cancelling headphones on to keep sounds out or have their music on. And it said those killed were killed when asleep, the killer more than likely covered them over so you could not see blood we don't know do we? It's all hearsay unless you hear the 911 call, or you were there you don't know. It's all rumours most of it like people were saying they had been tied up, and drugs were involved. Lies and lies.

I just read a dog was skinned not far from where the murders took place and authorities are trying to see if there is a connection between the two cases. I know police stated this was a targeted attack and it could be someone they knew but maybe it isn’t and you have a serial killer. You have four murdered students, a dog skinned alive who was taken from the backyard when the owners stated they always let the dog out in the backyard now all of these killings are occurring all together at the same time.

I think they are related. Skinning of the dog tells me the person knows how to use a knife and likely hunts. He may not have been injured , even though at least one struggled. If he was , not severely and has healed. Since I definitely think this was premeditated , he probably wore gloves. He is probably still in possession of knife. It wasn't a recent purchase.

My gawwwwd, so many comments in those two young girls that survived. “Something isn’t right”. “Something’s off”. “Their story doesn’t add up”. “ As a nurse, I know you would see copious amounts of blood-no way those girls could think passed out!”
On and on and on.... it’s no wonder the police tried to keep their identities hidden, for as long as possible. I just can not imagine being those two girls and stumbling upon these comments, placing them into playing some part in this barbaric, vicious murder of their housemates, classmates and friends.
Do you folks honestly believe, these two, what, 21 yr old, college kids, are so smart, so devious, so evil, that they can mastermind stories, that fool, seasoned police officers, detectives and FBI agents and these seasoned officers are so inept at their jobs, that all they need to do, would be read what you folks are saying, and BINGO, everything comes so much clearer and they now know who to focus on!!
I guess, all those investigating this case, just need to sign over their badges to all the folks, who somehow “know” things aren’t right with these two young girls.
I feel sorry for those two young girls-between all the, “they should have heard something, they should have woke up to there is no reason in the world that they would think passed out (being college kids, in a party house, who obviously drink and party), instead of gruesomely murdered. I don’t for a second believe they seen the victims (why? I don’t know-the victims were behind locked bedroom doors maybe)and these girls, realizing something wasn’t right, called friends before going right to placing a 911 call.
I will believe, until I hear differently, by LE, these girls are also victims, who went to bed one night and woke up in a nightmare.
We are ‘humankind’-sometimes, we all need to remember, the ‘kind’ part....

My guess it's somehow related to cattle mutliation. The fact that the blood seeped outside the building proves Gravity was altered for a brief time and was sideways. This proves extraterrestrial were involved in the massacre and this is why the roommates heard nothing. My hunch they removed the eyes and sex organs and probably drained the blood. Probably the landing site will have high level of radioactivity. Clocks will be missing time around this area.

First the police said the area was basically safe which unless you have the killer in custody is a lie then they say it’s not safe but of course people already knew that. Then the call was for a welfare check then it turns out it came from a friend of one of the surviving roommates.
The investigators can’t give out all the information, I totally get that but I’m thinking they’ve made many mistakes and they are trying to cover their asses.

Here are 4 dead bodies, clearly the victims of murder...and supposedly friends of the survivors, and the survivors call their friends to come over before they get around to calling 911. That is beyond crazy...it makes me wonder how these kids think...or if they needed help to prepare their stories prior to talking to police. Maybe their behavior was just due to trauma...but it sure seems odd.
