I love messing with A head stems, so satisfying pulling tension then nipping every thing up,smoth steering nice tight no rock 👍 I'm always out of grease so I steal some vaseline and use that 🤣for bearings
Just got this stem had same isue as below spacer won't fit above so running 40mm underneath for now any idea wher I can get slimmer spacers from UK wise or ebay thanks great episode BTW
Great video, thanks. I just got hold of exactly the same DMR cockpit setup for my bike. I want to put a spacer above the stem as you have, but the spacers I have will not fit in the recess on top of the stem. It appears that the outside diameter of the spacer is too large?? Can you recommend a brand of spacer that's gonna work in this position. Cheers, Lewis.
Hey Lewis, same happened to me, my spacers wouldn't fit, luckily I've bought these from Wiggle, and they fit well, I need to use 2 to have enough space to tighten the headset: www.wiggle.com.au/deda-alloy-headset-spacer?sku=5360422727
Hmm 🤔 I have not long put a defy stem on my whyte 909 and the rear bolts for clamping to the fork are completely different it has more of a internal clamp design but yours look more traditional how very odd. Great video 👌
Hey guys, a few of us have been putting together some great trails on the Wenlock edge. An idiots guide is in order. What's the best way to get in touch?
Yes mate, they are a product sponsor for our wheels, we. Hanged bar/stems as DMR are a channel sponsor (they give us money and product) so we can mix things up a bit 👌👌
That's on Instagram not Twitter, isn't Twitter pre-29er? 🤣🤣Twitter ain't for bikers, it's for big businesses and famouses to stroke each other's egos! 🤔😁🤘

Time for me to upgrade my cockpit been looking into these and now made my mind up thanks lads 👍🏻

Got one of those stems on my HT, love it, beautiful bit of machining and it lifts your stack up a bit too. Handy for me as my steerer was too short.
Yeh, they're like a trade secret hack!!
Nice bars and stems lads stay safe and keepitpinned
🙏
I have used that same stem on 3 of my bikes love it just ordered the bars

Sorry, no Idea
First rule when cutting bars to size is put the hacksaw back in the tool box and get the Stihl saw fired up :)
No such thing as. Stihl saw, it's a slab cutter! Only say that because I'm a tree surgeon! 🤣

Hmm, I was trained to use the front brake to adjust tension on the headset, anyways nice job boys! Look forward to seeing Tods some day soon 🙄😂
Yeh, well I'm no expert!! 🤔🤣

Just bought a DMR stem for my YT Decoy. They cut the stem super short and this stem has a very low stack height.
Fantastic stem
prefer the look of the enves but thats cosmetic, proof will be in the feel
Nah, just for full bounce them, tried it!
I love DMR stuff but it's a bit of a come down from Enve?
Are you guys no longer sponsored by ENVE?
