    Wow I can really see you putting effort into that.
    I’m still not confident about that elastic thing in case it goes PING and I get injured somewhere unpleasant.
    I prefer a barbell, but I must try this as it must be harder as you almost stand up (judging by the look on your face) as opposed to the barbell which is tougher from the full squat position. Would that be right?

      Thanks, the bands are very thick and much better. With a barbell you can only lift your weakest weight. Since this has a band with variable weight you can exercise your weak, mid and strong ranges. Weights only get your weak range.
