    I had planned on undertaking my first hair restoration procedure overseas with a deposit paid but have since decided to cancel this thanks to your educational videos. I realised my knowledge of the subject was lacking considerably prior to watching your videos.

      There wasn't much information when I had mine done 7 years ago. Sure, I wish I had more knowledge at the time, but in all honesty overthinking it would have probably have prevented me from getting it done. My procedure turned out well and I'm glad I just went through with it.

    Regarding the statement "the hair can only be moved once": Could you please make a video regarding Verteporfin?
    Thanks for all your great content!

    Hi doctors, what about the "surgery hair clonation" theres a doctor Who say if the grafts with 2 or 3,or 4 hairs are divided in singles, they grow in 2 or 3 or 4 hairs.
    He say he did it". He divided grafts with 2 hairs to singles, and each one grew in dobles... He called that process "surgery hair clonation " it could be true?

    I had a HT in my front and temporal area a year ago and have been happy. Even though they did an amazing job with the naturalized hairline using single or double hairs towards the front, I feel it's quite noticeable that the hair shafts are thicker than they normally would be in the front of someone's hairline. I've also noticed since starting finesteride and monoxodil that my arm hair has gotten quite long and it's the closest match in my body hair to the hair on my head. What would you think about using some of those arm hairs to slightly fill out the front and intentionally give it some finer, whispier hairs?

    What about the "recipient dominant" theory... Is it could be true?

    • @Jim-hv6ql

      My last doctor told me the same thing. I didn't use my chest hair, but he said that when other patience use chest hair it would grow another inch more due to the recipient area theory. I can say that I have notice my donor beard hair becoming softer over time.

      @@Jim-hv6ql Yes bro, I ve heard that too, althoght the hair is insensibity to DHT damage, when is transplanted to the Scalp, take some characterístics of the recipient zone...

    Hi ı am 25 yo male from turkey my hair thinning its depressing for me. I started finasteride 10 days ago 1.25mg for day can ı also add topical dutasteride to my hair care does anyone have experience about using both.

      @TerryMcVicci 9 месяцев назад +2

      1mg fin is enough when it comes to hairloss. You do not need anymore than that. Stick to fin. Dut has severe side effects compared to fin.

    • @senpai1628
      @senpai1628 8 месяцев назад

      Don't use both. 1mg finasteride is the recommended dosage. Anything beyond it isn't gonna help you but will increase your chances of getting sides manifold. Keep taking finasteride because it'll take a minimum of 6 months to show results. Pair it with dermarolling and rogaine and you'll start seeing great results

    So I have been considering waxing my chest but don’t want to destroy hairs if someday I might want them. Any reason I shouldn’t just have them transplanted onto head? Considering I don’t yet need the thickness in scalp yet

    Could you please clarify the 50% for chest? Are you saying that for example, an extraction of 300 grafts only about 50% will survive after HT? And about beard rates? Thanks

    • @teotessaro1800
      @teotessaro1800 9 месяцев назад +1

      I think they talk about the growth cycle, the rest phase of the hair Is about 50% of the entire cycle so if you plant 300 chest graft you Will see only 150 growing cause the other 150 are resting and viceversa

      @@teotessaro1800interesting enough there is a study where bodyhair on head actually adapt and change their growth cycles. It was done on multiple pacients and it worked amazing.

      They are talking about the anagen (growth cycle) and telogen (rest cycle) beard hair is a good option for the right person, I did this with may last transplant 2 years, I used 500 beard graphs to see how it would blend in. So far, no issues.

    What if someone grew a good amount of their hair back using rogaine and then started propecia and then 6 months later stopped taking the rogaine......would the propecia still keep most of their rogaine gains??

    • @senpai1628
      @senpai1628 8 месяцев назад +1

      Nope, as soon as you cut off the extra blood supply to those new hairs, they'll shed. There's no way around taking them forever

    • @g-uy9me

      If you still had your hair but it was starting to thin and your hairline was getting a tiny bit farther back would you first start rogaine or finasteride? @@senpai1628
