After the events of “Scorekeeper”, Bossk and Boba meet up and head to Honor’s Keep; a cantina on Mon Cala. There they reminisce of past hunts and we learn why the dreaded Darth Vader told Boba Fett, “No Disintegrations” on screen May 21st, 1980. Now, on May 21 2022, on the 42nd anniversary, we are proud to present our version of the events that transpired that day.

The best I can say is that this is canon to me. This is so well made that I take the events in this short film as the actual reason why Vader tells Boba "No Disintegrations" in Empire Strikes Back!

This is exactly what Book of Boba Fett should have been: tales of him in the bad old days and reconciling them against becoming the new Mandalore.
I will never forgive Disney for crushing my childhood dreams with that series... I grew up wanting a Boba Fett movie or show ever since seeing him in V and VI. Still haven't got one.

Exactly! I was waiting all the time for Bossk to pop up! He was literally Boba´s mentor for many years and had a great impact on Boba. I love Mando but to give him two full episodes but not include at all Bossk is just outrageous to me.

Nice detail: in the Cantina scene at the beginning, Boba is wearing his ROTJ Armor, in the Flashbacks his ESB gear. Nice!

I can’t get over how authentic everything looks and sounds! Every extra looks like they’re actually are apart of the Star Wars world and they never once took me out of the immersion.
Even the lighting when Fett was talking to Vader, it was reminiscent of the lighting in Empire.

Your right! I think the quality of the sound engineering did the job to tip it over the top for me and keep me hooked.
This blows away Disney’s embarrassing version.
Dengar is the stand out character in this to me. The actor did a great job playing the role. Also Vader's voice was spot on, although he was a little short to be a dark lord of the sith. :) Great job again!

Dengar should have been the one working with Boba in the Book of Beta Fett show, hes the one that helps him after he gets out of the Sarlacc, but instead they gave us a feminist one dimentional insert character "FENNEC" that was added to make Boba look incompetent and naive.
Yes Dengar actor is great i was thinking he could play in real Star Wars? but why real Star Wars, the fan films are now more Star Wars than Dinsey star wars.

Because going through a midlife crisis, getting almost digested by the sarlac, getting beat up by Sand people, joining them and having the closest thing you've had to a family since your "father" died when you were a kid and then getting all of them killed would tend to change your perspective on a few things? Disney's Boba Fett is a post Sarlac Boba Fett. Their series doesn't change a single thing about who he was before these events. Characters evolve.
As an old school star wars fan (saw ESB & ROTJ in theaters as a kid) this really captured the feel of OG Star Wars. I love the Bounty Hunters, and this made my evening. Thank You

Of all the many Star Wars Fan Films I've seen, this one is easily a contender for Best Story, Best Direction, and without a doubt Best Costumes.

When I was a kid I always thought Dengar (the action figure) looked like a hospital patient or was the walking wounded. But these two fan films are proof that The Bounty Hunters are deserving of a series or a film all their own. Loved the novel of their tales.
Agreed. My young mind concluded that Dengar was actually Dax who really hadn't been killed on Hoth. He now blames Luke and the rebellion, and want's revenge. Goofy I know, but, hey, I was 9 LOL.

This took me back to the original trilogy hardcore, I’m not sure how you managed to capture the tone and feel of the originals, Disney certainly can’t do what you can. Absolutely flawless, you understand the characters and source material so well. Incredible work guys seriously! 😭

I love the characterization of Dengar as a ruthless brute, he contrasts nicely with the sport hunter and efficient killer in Bossk and Boba respectively.
Wonder if we'll get to see any more of the classic bounty hunters? Durge and IG-88 would be difficult to do, but I won't complain if it's just those three.

I find it “Ironic” how the best Star Wars content in these modern times is not made by LucasFilm/Disney the company/companies that own Star Wars, but by the fans the actually know and love it!!!
It’s even better when the creators aren’t using stormtroopers as the fodder but instead rebel alliance soldiers.

There is nothing ironic about that statement... you could say "it's odd", or "it's disappointing", or "it's perplexing"... but to say that fan made films were better than the studio produced ones would suggest that Star Wars is a film(s) about the big studios doing what the fan/little guy couldn't. If anything, your support for fan made films is not ironic but symbolic of what George did back in the 70s

I wanted to mention that I love that in addition to keeping the original Bounty Hunter Wars lore intact this actually plays out like a scene in one of those books. Especially the way Fett and Bossk are sitting in a cantina and Fett recalls a story before the plot kicks back in. Also definitely mentioned before I freaking love the jetpack glide kick across the room. It looked like a BF2 moment!

The best part of this is the really nice blending of cg-animation and lo-fi puppetry of Bossk. It looks really good.
Everything about this screams star wars! From the practical costumes of all the aliens, to the screen wipes, to the set designs and music! This truly does feel like a star wars film!

Excellent costumes, well written (if slightly campy, but in a fun way!) dialogue, fun action scene to pad things out... solid 10/10. Super authentic recreation of the SW universe.

Ok, Disney should pay you and make this canon asap. I say this as a huge Boba fan, this 16 minutes is better than book of boba entirely, you managed to get Bobas character right, like how he was in Mando season 2. Great job!

Met these guys on the way to Star Wars Celebration and they were incredibly nice and awesome! They promised an old school Boba Fett and more than delivered! Great storytelling from the perspective of a Star Wars fan.

This has to be the best Star Wars film I’ve ever seen, mainly because it does my favorite character justice after what they did to him in Book of Boba.
These 15 minutes were better then the whole Book of Boba Fett show. I mean the fighting wasn't the best, but still one of the best fan films I've seen. (And I have seen a lot on youtube) Please never stop doing these films. I hope you guys get the success you deserve!

That may be the best Darth Vader I've ever heard in a fan film
There was one vital thing the series was missing that this FAN FILM got right: his suit/arsenal. It's almost a character of its own. Show us what he's capable of. How it looks from his point of view. The series barely scratched the surface with it. We also don't need to see his face all the time (like 90% of his screen time in the show).
Scorekeeper was so cool and this is even cooler! All my favourite bounty hunters in one awesome fan film. Could it be cooler, i dont know how!

Epic! I just watch Bossk: Scorekeeper a couple days ago and I can't believe this was release 1 day ago of this video's release. This is very well done here. You guys did well here! Keep up the great work in you guy's future film projects.

Well… puts Favreau Filoni Rodriguez to shame .. their multi million dollar budget and teams of crews didn’t produce half of what this episode was.

This is definitely the bobba fett show we should of gotten
Very very well made, it really felt like a real Star Wars short film, and the personalities of Bossk, Dangar and Boba were really good captured.
The costumes and character design were fantastic.
The only thing that was a bit strange is that Boba's weapon was a bit too powerful.
But it was a damn awesome fan film, keep it going.
I mean we know that he disintegrates, we were just never shown what he uses to do it. Could be an amban riffle like the one Din uses. Or like in TBOBF when he makes a person explodes. Perhaps there’s another type of gadget that disintegrates people instead of exploding them. The one in the film is an interpretation of it
We hear ya there. We actually put some thought into that too!
In canon, we were told that he used a "Weapon Accelerator".
We took the creative liberties to give it more of an officer’s "Disruptor" feel from SW Battlefront 2, allowing Boba to overheat nearby blasters. You can see him try to overheat the DXR-6 disruptors (Disintegration rifles) and take the spies in alive. But, to Fett's dismay, the rifles overheat AND backfired on the spies. Which is why he “sighed” after realizing he F-ed up.
We felt the overheating disruptor ability was more inline with the technology of SWBF2, and also, didn't make him too overpowered. It also made it an accident, that almost cost him his life for failing Darth Vader.
@@CreativeForceFilms Ok, interesting to hear your thoughts behind it, didn't look like an overheating error to me, but if you know this fact then the scene feels completely different and Boba not too strong.

@@CreativeForceFilms Gotta say, I didn't get any clue that it was anything other than Fett simply using a disintegrator weapon, but I personally didn't find it overpowered because I assumed that the very close range was effectively its maximum limit. If you want, you guys could give your explanation in a couple lines of dialogue between the bounty hunters in the third installment. I'm certainly hoping you guys are planning (and able) to make a third film. These first two have been some of the best fan films I've ever seen. Fantastic work.

Beautiful work. I love how the jawa bothers everyone in the bar for a drink and when dengar offers a free drink to bring that guy on his ship, the jawa jumps on it before he’s even done talking

That was wizard! Easily the best Star Wars fanfilm I've seen so far. Evereything was fantastic: the writing/directing, the acting, the costums/make-up, the setting, the music/sound, the camera, the editing, the special-effects... . Especially the fight scene was superb. That's how I wanna see Boba. Thanks a lot for that.

BoBF has it's flaws, I stillappreciate it because they took the character in a different direction, even if the execution wasn't the best. But come on, we could've at least had one scene or two about Boba in his prime, the ruthless, efficient, cold blooded bounty hunter
