Banana cake with caramel. Flip Pie is a very simple recipe

    INGREDIENTS: 22 cm round.
    For the test:
    Flour - 170 grams;
    Sugar - 100 grams;
    Sour cream - 100 grams;
    Chicken egg - 1 piece (SB);
    Vegetable oil - 80 grams;
    Baking dough - 1/2 tsp;
    Soda - ¼ teaspoon;
    Bananas - 400 grams (2-3 pieces)
    For caramel:
    Butter - 25 grams;
    Brown sugar - 2 tbsp spoons.
    COOKING:
    1. Mix the sifted flour, baking powder and baking soda.
    2. In a separate bowl, beat the egg with sugar, add vegetable oil and sour cream and beat again until smooth.
    3. Add flour mixture to liquid ingredients. Knead the dough.
    4. Peel bananas and cut into halves lengthwise.
    5. Put the parchment in a one-piece mold, so that the sides of the mold are covered.
    6. Pour melted hot butter onto the parchment. Sprinkle brown sugar evenly and place the bananas, cut side down. We put on the stove and keep on fire for 2-3 minutes, remove the form from the heat.
    7. Spread the dough on top and level the surface.
    8. We put to bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes until dry skewers. Adjust the baking time according to your oven. The cake should enlarge and turn brown.
    9. Take the finished cake out of the mold, turn it over onto a dish and remove the parchment.
    10. The cake can be served warm or allowed to cool completely.
