For a game that caters to casual players, the armory system makes things difficult to level up if you’re someone that plays a few hours a week
Its designed to make you come back for FOMO lol
This game caters to streamers. That's it
Why? You can get all the stuff you really really want with 15 points or so. That's 5 days of daily challenges (that take less than an hour to complete) minus the wins you get which also isnt that hard, you basically win 40-50% of the matches you play regardless of your skill. If you're a casual you don't need to unlock everything. Before that you had to get to Level 50 to unlock for some important stuff. The only downside I see is when you only play Ground War, a win takes a while but that's still at least one item a day if you do the challenges and you want to have fun with the game for more than one week right?
Most of the items from the armory system can be unlocked by exfil'ing with it from MWZ. I've got my shopping list and have unlocked a lot of it already. The daily challenges are intended for the people who enjoy the grind and want to stretch it out. Exfil is the shortcut. In the end, I'm expecting to complete challenges for a few weapon attachments and that's it. I like having the choice of the two paths.
You just need to win games to unlock items from the armory , it’s not that bad

I just reconnected with my teenage boys after years of visitations. I live in another state and they both decided to come live with me. I used to play cod4 and mw2 back when i was a teenager as well. They game and i bought this game for us to relate in a new way. I would 100 percent recommend this game to someone in a similar position. Its a conversation starter for teens. And a conversation is all a father needs to understand and relate to their children. Happy gaming boys!

I just cant get myself to buy this game after feeling so ripped off last year, im sticking to the free game (warzone) they offer. That way i can be let down for free instead of dropping 70 plus dollars to be disappointed

My biggest complaint is the new progression. Its so obvious its done soley to boost playtime hours and force ppl to stay on longer and grind. Iirc its like an extra 40 something hours to unlock everything assuming your getting s constant number of wins per hour (as if we all have time to play cod for that long)
TBF once you've done the daily challenges which are usually very easy you just gotta get wins. Happens naturally if you play team matches. And you unlock easily. I've unlocked attachments and guns pretty quickly that would usually take a lot longer.
1st ever COD I didn't buy or care to play, makes me sad actually, Activision destroyed what was once a fun part of life
I am 100% with you on this one. il never spend a penny on them ever again. what tipped me over the edge was over 100gb update with mw3 installed but not paid for, and at the same time it uninstalled my mw2 and warzone. dont know why i needed to download a new game if i never intended on playing it!!
This will be my last one sadly…can’t play more than four matches at a time…pretty much a week and i’m alrwdy losing interest to play it
Im mainly a BR player but ive been having more fun on MP than i have in years. War mode coming back is a huge W, just need a couple more maps.

Tbh imo I don’t think its worth it game is going to die out within a few months like mw2 its obviously better than mw2 but still mid i dont see the hype the streamers put behind this in cod next.
I'm hoping they allow us to do the blueprint method . Where you pick up a contraband and you got a blueprint for it you can switch right to your blueprint
Oh yeah, the final reward for zombies is great. We need more of that. The campaign should've done that with price, soap, ghost, gaz skins. And it should be more like the OGs MW2 2009 and MW3 2011

Have you guys noticed the weird sprint to fire delay?. It is way more the the 1.something milliseconds. It feels like the delay we have after sliding.
Movement def feels faster n better but it’s like they just changed the interface, slapped a new color palette on. Trailers and marketing and boom lol not worth $70, maybe half that. Maybe a few months from now might pay off with Warzone but atm meh
I haven’t seen so many lazy things in a campaign in a long time. For example weapons shown in cutscenes weren’t the ones you were using just before it. And there was a cutscene where Soap puts his sidearm in an invisible hip holster, but he wears a thigh holster
I played 4 games of zombies last night. Crashed every game so I’ve lost so much stuff. I hope it gets fixed asap. And I agree. It would be nice to know how many kills you have towards that specific camo challenge/gun. Wouldn’t be hard to add into the menu like the missions

@@iTzZigma come on, the game frequently crashes even on top tier builds where no other games crash. and it's often the servers too, got already disconnected (right before exfil) few times with squad.

I played zombies 4 hours last night and one match shut down at beginning
Doesn’t matter about if it’s PC or not I’m on series x and haven’t been able to play a single second on the game because it crashes on load up same as MW2 yet can freely play any other game on my Xbox
It depends what people want. Do you want call of duty GaaS or do you want individual separate releases? A massive amount of work this time round has seemed to go into the integration. Not saying it's worth £70 but everyone was shouting for the kind of integration we have now but now they're saying it's not a full game
I get the perspective that just remade maps isn’t great, however, to your point, I have had a lot of fun playing the nostalgic maps with my wife who wasn’t playing COD back then. So it’s been a unique experience for me where I am now running around these maps slayin with my wife for the first time. Pretty cool for the extreme minority that get to experience this.
So disappointed with what I got buying MW2 that I'm reluctant to giving them any more money for a while lol.
In zombies i really think they need to make alot more hords of zombies, like id love to open a door to a building and 100 zombies just are there silently waiting, or if you make the alarms go off in a shop then it makes a hord appear. Just gimme more zombie hords please 🥺

Can someone explain why I had a 108gb update when I didn’t buy it? And remember the last time sledgehammer were let loose on a game. We got caldera 👍🏻
This is because it's a scam. The night before release whether you pre-purchased or not, the game downloaded a massive update. The UI and in game audio all switched to the "mw3" stuff. More proof that this was just a major update and not a whole new game. And the fact that mw2 guns/skins are being used in mw3 multi-player also proves it.
You do realize caldera was ran by raven. With yet again iw pulling most of the strings. Same as vanguard. Iw again pulled a lot of the strings and pushed sledgehammer to quit putting time into the game to build mw3. While they did the majority of updates for vanguard. Mw2 was iw given full 3 years and basically a unlimited check book. And when told what wasn’t liked. They used their famous thinking. “. We will tell you what you want and like. “. So as long as iw keeps it fingers in mw3 don’t expect a 10/10 game
I'm having a blast! I think the feeling in MP is great, Zombies are fun, guns feels great, looking forward to the WZ integration!

Zombies has been fun going for unlocks for Multi but after I have everything not sure how much i'll play it. Guess it depends how they add updates to the mode. But I think my biggest complaint about MW3 is all the MW2 weapons being ported to the game on release fully leveled, This should've been something they added at a later date.
Bro. Level up the guns now in multi-player my dude. The real grind is leveling up each gun which once leveled up all guns. I mean. I guess that would be end game. 🤷♂️😅
@@momsspaghetti4064 The issue is its Easier to unlock stuff in Zombies through challenges where in Multi I need to get wins solo which can be tough.

@Eaglesfan220 guns, items and grenades of different kinds can be exfilled and unlocked for multi-player.
@Eaglesfan220 like you barely have to touch challenges unless you want a specific attachment which barely does much to begin with.
I'm solo only player and I like new armory unlock system. I got what I needed the most pretty early and everything else is something to grind for which gives you this sense of progression even after you reached lvl 55(which I did in like 3 days)
Bought this game for mvmt and fast pace. At launch no mvmt no fast pace no monentum at all. I know they say its a bug but I dont trust 'em and think they nerfed it and going for a Middle ground right now with "fix"

J, Iv been loving Zombies but they need more fast travel systems, cars, zip lines etc. Im honestly torn between which mastery camo Im going for as they both look awesome.
Can anyone explain to me why I keep getting the same maps over again. I’ve played sub base like 12 times and terminal only once😊
This is how I’m unlocking (with EASE) all of the Armory items in Zombies and I HIGHLY advise trying!! Also; if anyone has anything to add to min/max this strat please feel free to share!
Make a list of everything that requires Armory Unlock Challenges..
Drop into Zombies.
Go find ANY of the items on your list.
Then just take em with ya and Exfil.
You can take a lethal, tactical, and 2 weapons with ya every time you exfil.
This will allow you to unlocked basically anything in the game with little to no effort 🤷🏼

I only started playing cod around warzone 1 cold War integration. Never played a cod before and I'm enjoying multi in the new game.

The most notalgic maps are back with the most nostalgic guns (likw MCW).
With modern day+ modernized movement of MW2019 while still retaining the new quality of life movmeent options like ledge hang and lesge climb.
Its not new content but the perfectly blend of content from my favourite titles made me buy it

Just compare it to $60 Black Ops 3. Came with a good campaign, awesome zombies experience and awesome multiplayer. MW3 is not comparable in any facet
My favorite part of zombies so far is people sending SOSs in chat and we look and they were killed in zone 3. Those rescue missions are definitely on the level of DMZ for adventure/craziness
The campaign is important for cod fans If you been playing since the og modern warfare an want to keep up with the story line ....there was a significant story line /operator story update

At the core it is very similar. They didn't listen and didn't make the changes the players wanted. Sad 😥. Changing to a new game after this after 10years, hanging in there for last year hoping

This game runs far better than mw2 ever could. While 70 dollars is way too high of a price, the game is more enjoyable than the previous title and I’m having fun again. If the game was 50 dollars that would be a more justified price
I don’t think you really know what you’re talking about. It’s actually clear you do not have any understanding of how bad this game actually is
I was exfiling, and it didn't exfil me it knocked me out of the helicopter, and I floated under the map and died 😢
Would love to see movement unlocked a bit more. And the tac stance disabled after slide. Would also like to see spawns improved drastically. Feels like theres a lack of content. But this is a huge improvement over mw2. Great starting point. Just needs to improve and expand. Would love to see more added to zombies. Like actuall rewards from harder quests similar to what Ive seen in say Destiny 2.
Also, the armory system sucks. Tasks for a attachment based on using the gun would be fine. But winning 3 matches for 1 attachment sucks.
For tac stance you have to (slide)x2 and then press jump… thats how i do it and it goes away

Movement is perfect as it is, matches early 2019 for the most part so much much better than MWII and isn’t as stupid as WZ1 was at the end of life.
I have almost everything unlocked and I’m only level 35, haven’t played MP at all

They should add a PvP zone, like the DZ in the Division, in this game.

I really like this game first one I’ve liked in a while multiplayer and zombies is good I honestly feel as if I’d be okay if this game lasted 2 years and they just added stuff to it for example like fortnite and even round based zombies (I love the DMZ zombies but having round based for other players makes sense to me too) they should just make a cod with what everyone wants and make it free2play but with skins and stuff I think they’d still make tons of money but hey what do I know

The armory system is sort of a headache haha. Not sure why they implemented a new system for unlocking weapons/attachments….
My fav part of the OG warzone was levelikg the gunz up and the attachment system! Just want a game that has good movement, good gunz, amd some toxic sbm!
They should make a mode were the players in zombies can go after you as well
I have not played campaign or MP, just zombies, and while it's steep to think I got it only for Zombies, I really enjoy it. I've wanted a WZ-map-Zombies since Verdansk so overall I'm happy. I've heard/seen a couple bugs, it is what it is; and as with the last few titles, there's always room for updates
My first time really trying DMZ and this zombie mode is nice and chill. You don’t have to worry about hard mp lobbies and can just shoot around and listen to something in the background.
I loved DMZ but hated the sweatiness, I just wanted to explore sometimes and this zombies mode is perfect
I played these maps back in the day and I love this this game, best cod by far
How do you unlock the MA2 weapons. I thought they would be available from GO!
My daily challenges are bugged, can’t even unlock anything in the armory.
It only took me 14hrs and 13 minutes of gameplay (which really was about 9 hours on release day to hit level 55
Like I said add constant tactical sprint for fluent movement thennnn have being able to fire during the upstance of snaking huhhh have sliding or dolphin dive disable mode to resemble crouching bunny hoping style like og days in the mix remind you an update of boot with marathon should return😂

They added the option to make your character slide only or dive only i seen someone ask for that but i cant reply to them for some reason

Random thought while watching how will unlocking MW3 weapons work for those that didn't buy the game? I mean with how it is currently it's through the armory system so will that be coming to warzone as well or will those that play Warzone have a much harder time unlocking weapons?
The best guns in warzone will be the ones locked behind the Armoury. Your options will be to get a store bundle or MW3
The game plays well and I like it and I will get a year’s worth of gameplay out of matches and ranked play.
There’s no issue honestly, there’s “Is it worth $70 to you personally or not?” I don’t think it’s really that controversial to think of it this way. If you in the community don’t want to play it, fine, but why busy yourself so much with the decisions and preferences of other people?

I'm currently above lvl 35, trying to do the armory tasks but can't complete daily task because of some bug...
Armory is super easy actually, not a lot of grind for it, alreay gotten what i needed just from MP or Zombies, so far i've been just having a blast with the game, with the exception of a few bugs here and there that will get fixed, i am having fun just like back in 2009
I felt like the gameplay from the multiplayer beta felt real good, excited 4 the Warzone integration in December! Prolly no gonna spend the $100 on the multiplayer game, if it was like $50 I might, $30-$40 wld be the grab it 4 sure price...
for 70 bucks in my country you can go to movies 10 times with pop corn and drink or whatever

My last daily challenge today is to get kills with the bomb drone that is locked behind the armory system so my progression is haulted for the day. I didn’t buy the last cod so the $70 isn’t too bad
Why is it when I go to zombies and build a loadout, every time I ready up it says I have no loadout. So I go back and literally everything is empty. Build it again and it just keeps happening. I wanted in zombies to level guns but can't I guess.
MW2019 is the greatest reboot and MW2022/23 are the greatest fumbles in CoD history.

3rd person zombies is some of the most fun I've had playing CoD in a loooong time. Completely different experience, almost plays like an arcade-style and may even be easier? idk
The movies is always how i compare games. Essentially if I get more than 5-10 hours of fun out of a game its worth it. Im enjoying the game so far and I havent even jumped into zombies which im lookin forward to so well worth it for me.

The game is dramatic. The maps seem familiar, but there is something wrong with them. The level of camping is unimaginable. As a cod veteran, I regret the purchase.

New zombies is fun. But need a solution for disconnections. Very frustrating and disheartening loosing everything gained, brought in and earned during ins match for something out of players control.
