Man, I hate it when someone runs into my knife ten times. Don't you? LOL I swear, that's my favorite line from this movie. Also, to think that in this scene, Catherine Zeta Jones is already 3 months pregnant. She was five months pregnant in "I can't do it alone". That's about the only scene in which she really "showed". You can see she's much more thick-bodied in that scene than in this one. That's fitness....to be able to dance at this level while pregnant, that's fitness right there.
' He had it comin!!!! he had it comin!!! he only had himself to blame!!!!! if you'd have been there!!!! if you'd have seen it!!! I BETCHA YOU WOULD HAVE DONE THE SAME!!!!!!!! "
this number is poppin that i had to watch this more than 6 times cuz i really cant get over it, it's like squished it my head rn especially whenever uh uh part comes since it so sad but anyway this made me just go to cicero and look for some guy had a name lipschitz and sing this song. grrrr its just so beautiful and
Just saw it for my first time, and it was a completely satisfying watch! I'm almost certain this single number is what pulled me in. Creative and so freakin' hilarious! ❤
So basically 4, she's confused as why is she with the other murderesses because she didn't kill the guy, and they didn't let her explain since she speaks another language, that's why she says "Uh-uh not guilty"
number 4 is based on sabella nitti. an immigrant woman ( i forgot where) who was accused of her husband's murder. she barely knew English and couldn't defend herself, so they just convicted her of murder and hanged her. if i can remember correctly she was like the first to hang in that area. so basically she was innocent and hanged her for a crime she didn't do.
@@struberichizkek According to what I have read, Nitti was later released of her charges, when she dressed up and presented herself better. But No 4 got hanged ye
@hi-rw4nl I think it would only count if she only stabbed him once or twice. 10 times is a lot for self-defense. And, basically, they play the law like... it's only self-defense up until you've effectively defended yourself. If you continue attacking after the fact, it's technically assault.
Men today really wanna bring us back to the time when we had only murder as our way out of bad relationships? Can't say i'm not curious about a little casual murder so I game.
I believe she might be saying that they accused her for killing his partner by making and alliance with her ex or something. But she actually loved him and the police didn’t want to listen to her since she doesn’t speak English, all she could say was “not guilty “. At least that’s what the Spanish version is about

My favorite line is, "So, I fired two warning shots. Right. Into. His. Head..."
@@lemorab1I like “you know, some guys can’t hold their arsenic”
Catherine was such a hit with casting for this role. She was absolutely perfect
Female retribution ....REALLLY SCARY, LOVE IT LADIES. My favorite line, ”He ran into my knife. He ran into my knife 10 times”
' He had it comin!!!! he had it comin!!! he only had himself to blame!!!!! if you'd have been there!!!! if you'd have seen it!!! I BETCHA YOU WOULD HAVE DONE THE SAME!!!!!!!! "
Back then, law enforcement never believed women could be murderers. They chalked it up to female hysteria.
Forever an coning song and performance.

tbh if no 3's husband did run at her then it could be classified as self defense

I wonder what the blond ballerina woman with Russian accent is saying?
She basically says she shouldn’t be here, she’s innocent
NOT GUILTY
She is Hungarian, not Russian
I believe she might be saying that they accused her for killing his partner by making and alliance with her ex or something. But she actually loved him and the police didn’t want to listen to her since she doesn’t speak English, all she could say was “not guilty “.
At least that’s what the Spanish version is about
She's not guilty
