Thanks man, there have been a tonne of games that fit over the weekend so I’m going through and updating the spreadsheet. The thing with this at the moment is that I’m recording every qualifying game on stats - I’m not, for the purpose of the spreadsheet, filtering and narrowing down using team news, motivation, conditions, managerial changes etc. With the soft touch human filtering the results could really improve.
@@TheMathBetMan A strike rate of over 35% without cashing out at 85 minutes, based on stats alone is pretty incredible, in and of itself - even without the additional soft human touch filtering! Let's hope it's consistent over the long-term.

I myself have been trialling different strategies the key i believe is to back yourself in, stay disciplined and believe in the system and to not get greedy in order to try to make a quick buck. Ive only managed to find one sight to collect statistics from but its quite limited. Do you have any suggestions on how or where to collect more statistics? Thanks in advance from Australia ✌🏻

Interesting upload. Do you bet on the draw at half time? It might be beneficial to include the score at half time in your records. The odds may be smaller than 90 minutes but as regards return, the potential increase in profit could be another way forward.
Hi Michael - great comment, HT draws is something that I’ve looked at over the past few months and I think there are definitely opportunities there. It would be a different set of parameters - with the FT draws a lot of the matches have a stronger away team and if the home team scores in the first half it’s not too much of a problem as the away team will often find a way through. With the HT draw it would be more of the evenly matched slow starting teams.

Great question Pete, you’ve called me out on that before I could get the video out addressing it 😂 The answer is that you can’t - I haven’t been placing bets on all of these games at increasing stakes and the spreadsheet is illustrating what would happen if the games were sequential. In the next video I explain more and I’ll be starting a genuine increasing stakes demo on 1st Dec to share.

Hi, the data doesn’t require the use of any specific bookmaker - it’s completely up to you where you place your bets. The data will give you an indication of where the value lies in the market, you can then place bets anywhere you like, including Sweden 🇸🇪
Sorry for the delay Frankie - previously I recorded some of the bets that were cashed out at 85 mins as winners but then realised this could be construed as misleading so stopped doing it. Those greens that have losing scorelines are those ones.
Super small sample size based on medium-long odds. A lot of variance. Keep recording Your bets and once You reach 2-3k bets tell us the p value and flat betting P/L. Much obliged!
I agree to a certain extent about the sample size, however I don’t like to base my strategies on data from previous seasons due to squad changes, manager changes etc which can make past results redundant - always would love a larger data set though. TBF December was a struggle and didn’t perform as well as November so the extra data certainly evens things out.
Sorry Mesel - shouldn’t have mentioned Martingale, can see how that could be confusing. In the next video I’ll explain how you can apply an increasing stakes method which is a less risky version of Martingale - so 1.5x increases with stop losses and 85 minute cash outs to limit risk.
