I am back again... because this is still the BEST Video and Most BEAUTIFUL Cupcake Bouquet I have ever seen.... This video is the BEST of the BEST... Again... Thank you so much for sharing this video.
I appreciate your voice. Some of the people with cupcake decorating channels are super talented (like you), but their voices and manner of speaking are so torturous to listen to!
Yes those are just beautiful- laying them flat is just a great idea and is a beautiful display them... Several years ago when I made flowers like this for the first time I actually got a clay pot and put a styrofoam half circle in there and toothpicks to hold them all in... And I will never do that again lol they do start falling off and your idea is so much better they just are beautiful--
I'm so excited to try this! Making a cupcake bouquet, a bit simpler than yours ;-) is a bucket list item of mine. Your seven minute video was so thorough I now feel confident to try it! THANK YOU!
This is my favorite video tutorial, yet. I appreciate the many helpful tips that I haven't learned previously. Your flowers are beautiful and I love the presentation!
I am making these to giveaway for my kids teachers. This is good idea because i can put them in boxes so they are easier to transport. Thank you for sharing. Your work is beautiful

hi this is what I need for the upcoming Valentine's Day! amazing tip compared with using cups. I really can't put all the cups together. This is more easy! ☺️♥️ May I ask are those 3oz cupcakes?
Hi, l hail from Cape town, South Africa. I've watched many bouquet videos, but this is by far the best decorations, arrangement and packaging. I love yr videos. I have a question ...When refrigerating the bouquet, should the box be wrapped in plastic?
I just love your tutorials. I kust stumbled on yur channel and love it. Can you do a tutorial on buttercream that you are using with the brands of butter, sugar etc. I m in West Canada.
I agree, I was suffering with anxiety before this video came on, and as I was listening to her voice, my anxiety level came way down. Honest to God, she should be a motivational speaker lol.
Stacey you are a cupcake artist! You are my inspiration! I will be making cupcakes for a baby boy's shower for 100 guests. Any suggestions? Could you give me an easy not so sweet buttercream recipe that will deal well in the hot weather? I am planning to display the cupcakes as part of the table decoration during the duration of the baby shower. Thanks, I am eagerly waiting for your reply. A new subscriber and fan!!!
Oh! What a lovely message! Thank you very much! This is my go to recipe for buttercream: ruclips.net/video/m7Il-AoVWvg/видео.html It's perfect for piping and one of the better buttercreams for varied temperatures. Thank you so, so much for the kind words!
You explained why I can't frost anything here. Where I live we have Christmases where we wear shorts. It's always hot and humid here. It's the rainiest place under the sun. Sometimes we have a humidy of 99 and it still doesn't rain. Makes for the fluffiest most lovely pastries but the worst icing. Haha. So we use a lot of fondant but it taste awful.
For this tutorial, I used these tips. But you don't have to use these exact numbers. Use what you have and make it all your own. :) Loyal - Tip #80 Aleco - Tip #843 (Or any 6pt open star tip) Russian Piping Tips - (These tips are not numbered so pick your favourite) Wilton - Tip #104 Wilton - Tip #103 Wilton - Tip #67 Wilton - Tip #5 Wilton - Tip #3 8” round board for 7pc, 10” round board for 12pc
These cupcakes are beautiful .. but, do you use artificial colors in the icing? If you use natural fruit and veggie colors, I would love to order some of these. What areas do you deliver to?
Thank you so much! I use Chefmaster brand food colouring. I don't know how natural they are but they are industry standard. The bakery is in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Canada. We deliver to the Niagara Region. :D
It's actually the same buttercream as the rest, but my hand had heated the bag which gave it a nice shine. 😁 Here's the buttercream I use: ruclips.net/video/m7Il-AoVWvg/видео.html
@@ramyakuna8670 she's indicated somewhere in the comments that she used an 8" board for the 7 cupcakes and I believe this will fit well in an 8x8x5 box.
Where I work we have a supplier. Depending on where you live, I would check your local craft store or if you are in Canada you can buy all of that at a Bulk Barn. Thank you for watching! 😁❤️
Your cupcake flowers are absolutely beautiful. I have tried piping flowers, but get discouraged. I would like to make a cupcake bouquet for a trial run.
I used to fill a piping bag with frosting and practice making roses while flicking the crooked roses off the nail and into a bowl. When u run out of frosting just refill from the bowl and practice some more 😊 That was how my boss taught me to make roses (bakery in a supermarket 😊) and at first your hand is sore but it goes away and u get better at making roses. I LOVE these bouquets - I never saw one before ❤ these videos are GREAT!!
I work in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Canada. We charge $43.75 for a 7pc bouquet and $75.00 for a 12pc. They look fast in the videos, but these cupcakes are actually very time consuming so be sure to charge accordingly. Thank you so much for watching! 😁❤️
Thank you! I really enjoyed your video. I keep watching the rosé technique Bea cause I to feel me roses are flat I noticed you curve up? Can you help more

Hi!

I don't wrap mine in plastic and I've never had an issue. 😁
What size board do you use?
I came here to ask this question and found a comment that she had responded to. 8” board for the 7 cupcake bouquet and 10” for the 12

Agreed! The video is deceiving!
Quick question: Do the cupcake flowers get a bit squished once the flowers defrost?
Not at all. As long as they are at room temp or lower.
If they go into a very hot room or in the sun, then yes, they will deflate a bit.
Thank you so much for the sharing ❤
My pleasure! :D
Hi Stacey 😊. How do you know what size of box to use for the cupcake bouquets you create? Thanks for sharing your skill and knowledge with us.
Hi do you use whip cream or american buttercream for your icing?
What was the cream for the small peachy flowers? It looked so transclucent, shiny and almost glowing! Beautiful 😍
It's actually the same buttercream as the rest, but my hand had heated the bag which gave it a nice shine. 😁
Here's the buttercream I use: ruclips.net/video/m7Il-AoVWvg/видео.html
