I love this and your so clear on the instructions. I suggest if anyone makes one to put the Cupcakes on before serving, the tissue paper absorbs the oils in Buttercream quickly and looks bad, if too bad it will peel off with the cupcake. For my Customers I Use cellophane as the inside paper and tissue paper outside for outside in the cups cups.

It looks incredible, I think I will place little unified styroform cubes, cardboard or crumpled paper napkins inside the cups, to prevent the cupcakes from sinking inside the cups. One could make the inner circle ones a bit higher and stack the cupcakes from the inside out with smaller risks.
