Does the structure remain stable or is it very light? Also does this work for many more cupcakes like 30?

Amelia Brooks once the cakes are in it it is extremely stable. The bigger the bouquet the more stable they become. If you are making a bouquet of 30+ I do suggest using some cardboard under the cups between the cups and the cellophane to reinforce it. I will be doing more wrapping demonstrations in the coming days.
