She'd claim abuse, blah blah blah. Probably get no jail time. Edit: I also want to note that I knew a girl who had a mother that took her away from her father to a different state. She was addicted to drugs. When this girl was 17 i drove her 2 states over to see her father when she found out where he was. He hadn't seen her sense she was 4. He was a nice man, had a big house. He told us he called the police and even the FBI for years. That's just one story, but I have more.

      @@yassualkathiri This video is from 2015 and this happened 15 years before that. pinning this to mid 90s to 2000s most likely they knew it was the dad but he got away because of his name change etc. You have to also remember this happened 20 years ago when they didnt have the technology resources they have today to track missing individuals. Back then if you just picked up and left everything behind, it would be hard for someone to track you down. Especially if you obtained a fake ID and worked under a different Social. Nowadays everything is recorded and stored indefinitely so there's always a trail. Even compare 2010 to 2019 and you will notice a massive difference in surveillance and technology. We advance exponentially each year compared to the last. Look at cell phones.. Look at the internet. Look at all the "smart" devices that didn't exist not even 6 years ago. Nah he’s a criminal because he stole that kid away from his mother. A woman sacrifices a lot to give birth to a child (body, health, hormones, health, etc) are never the same after. I’m not even talking about things like moms tearing all the way to their butthole and not being able to laugh/sneeze without peeing or poop without pain. Im talking about things like how a woman’s body literally gives EVERYTHING to their child to the point where it’s not uncommon for women to lose teeth (some losing all of them) and get osteoporosis because of all the nutrients leaching out of their bones to sustain the fetus. But it’s not only the baby that takes such a huge part of her, some cells from the baby also become part of the moms’ tissues too and in that way a mother becomes bonded to her child in ways that’s beyond words. Not to mention all the hormones that are released during childbirth that bond her to the baby in a way that it would cause excruciating devastation & pain to have the baby ripped apart from her like that. That was SEVERE pain, trauma, and injustice done to the mother by taking her baby away from her like that. Idc how good of a father he was, his crime was the inexplicable suffering he inflicted onto the mother who’s been looking for her child for the past 13 years..

      most likely they knew it was the dad but he got away because of his name change etc. You have to also remember this happened in the mid 90s when they didnt have the technology resources they have today to track missing individuals. Back then if you just picked up and left everything behind, it would be hard for someone to track you down. Especially if you obtained a fake ID and worked under a different Social. Nowadays everything is recorded and stored indefinitely so there's always a trail. It wasn't like that in the mid 90s

    To a parent who thinks about kidnapping a child, you should think long and hard. Whatever you think you will gain by doing that is going to come.back to bite you in the butt. Your child will end up hating and resenting you for stealing them and their time away from the other parent. The few years won't be worth the lifetime of loss you will suffer. And then you have the whole criminal aspect too. Don't do it. (From a stolen child)

    • @robinc4605

      Most of the cases I've seen like this, the child stands by the parent who kidnapped them and has little to no contact or relationship with the parent who was absent. This shows that the child has been incredibly damaged by the kidnapping, regardless of appearing well adjusted. And the parent who spent years in pain from their child missing, is now dealt a new kind of pain. The child suffers most though. You sound like a beautiful exception.

    • @Dachdogoriginal
      @Dachdogoriginal 5 лет назад +1

      @@robinc4605 parental alienation is strong. So is one spouse leaving and being absolutely impossible or vicious or malicious to drive the other parent away so they give up. None of it is good parenting. And you only harm the self-esteem of the child. It doesn't make you a good parent doing that. That being said, valid and I mean VALID claims of child molestation by a child about one parent I feel gives the other parent moral right to protect the child. Even if the court dictates the child goes to the offending parent. That may mean "kidnapping" them to hide until they are of an age they can protect and decide for themselves. The problem is too many vindictive parents make up these claims and brainwash the child into totally believing it's true when it isn't. This world is very sick.

      That's what I don't get. So her son goes missing and the father leaves and no one ever thought it was suspicious? Sounds weird to me.

    I need more info before picking sides. Give us background details on the mother & father. What made/ why did the father kidnap his own son? We need more info!

    There's always two sides of the story" who's to say that the mother could have done a better job of raising him? There's a lot more to it.

      Yea but the son looks just right, beside he is being separated with his mother , I think he really had a nice childhood, his father cares about him, we can say her mother could've done a better job raising him if this kid is a mess, but i think he grew up just fine just like a normal boy

      @@lemonadefm2566 I totally agree, had the father not raised him in a proper way he wouldn't be the strong intelligent young man he is today.

      The material point is that both parents have a right to raise their children. You can't just disappear into the night because you have an inflated sense of self importance. That is so cruel.

    So because he did a semi good job of raising him he doesnt deserve jail time? So if I steal your car and take wonderful care of it I shouldn’t go to jail. LOGIC. 😐

    Id like to hear the father's side...to "abduct" him and do absolutely no harm to him makes you wonder if he was just doing the right thing. You have to remember, as man, especially in some states, it's nearly impossible to win custody of a child, especially if there's no physical abuse.

    I don’t think families of missing children being told “never give up hope” is the most healthy advice.

      Exactly! Dumb ass mom. Probably wouldn't of raised her son right, that's probably why the dad left and changed their Identity. The mom is fighting for custody and ofc she is gonna win because she is a woman!
