    I'm sorry but raw vegan fruitarian does not sounds like a healthy diet... a WELL-PLANNED vegan diet should be recommended and is backed by science.

    You are right about cooking. No one likes cooking unless for creative expression. Best is to simplify as much as possible like steamed or baked vegetables which can be eaten with raw salads. Melons are the best btw

    Fruit is what we're designed to eat? Why? For all of human history, people have been eating, yes, fruit too, but primarily meat. It doesn't get more "natural" than hunting animals and eating their meat. It was the main source of sustenance and obviously was necessary for the sheer physical activity in those days. Meat and other animal products contain several important substances which are crucial for the human body. Not to mention vegetables!

    • @naturononi
      @naturononi  10 месяцев назад

      What substances does meat contain that we require? If this were true then veggies and vegans would be dying all around the world! I agree veggies are good, and as I mentioned in this video - I do not eat this way usually, just decided to eat only fruit that day! I also think it's problematic to go after the 'natural' diet - we used to die very young as our only purpose was to procreate. Now we must think more about longevity, and lowering meat consumption has been linked to this, just look at the Blue Zones :)

      Fruit is what you are designed to eat for the stupidly simple reason of likeability. A fresh, juicy ripe fruit on it's own is perfectly attractive, desirable and agreeable to the human senses. The same cannot be said about any kind of meat. The odor and taste must be masked and mixed with other ingredients in order to be palatable. Not to mention the image of a killed animal. How's that attractive as food? It's not.

    • @bananarepublic3440
      @bananarepublic3440 10 месяцев назад

      @@kotsios555 the odor and taste are masked and mixed with spices and herbs today, because that improves the taste. However, looking at how animals survive, they kind of, yknow, kill animals and eat them as their primary source of sustenance. And yknow, we evolved from animals, and throughout history homo sapiens ate primarily meat... So you're making no sense.
      Also, if we were designed to eat fruit, we would've developed some sort of resistance to tooth decay, because there is so much sugar inside fruit. Yet if you remove sugar from your diet, you'll likely have some of the healthiest teeth around.

    • @bananarepublic3440
      @bananarepublic3440 10 месяцев назад

      @@naturononi a simple Google search can name all the substances meat and animal products contain that fruit and vegetables don't. And even if a few of these substances can be found in fruit, we're really talking about infinitesimal amounts, certainly not enough for a healthy human body.
      No, vegans aren't literally dying. They are frail, weak and often tired though, and lack a lot of vitamins, minerals, aminoacids or alike, and especially protein. It is certainly not a healthy lifestyle unless you really make sure you get everything you need.
      And I think it's safe to say the Blue zones are really just a causation from correlation argument. Of course industrial meat products can be bad and whatnot, but there is 0% scientific proof that consuming natural meat lowers your lifespan. Because there can be like, genuinely no explanation for it scientifically.
      Speaking of longevity - you might also wanna Google the diets of the worlds oldest people and let me know what you make of it.

      admittedly I probably should've consumed more calories this day but I was very sedentary and following hunger signals. You might be not feeling it now, but you will definitely feel the consequences of this diet in the future. Our body needs more than this. You are young but your body will show you the result of this diet in the future. Low calories, high carbs, high fructose, lack of nutrients...I don't get this. What are the benefits and most of all: are you being followed by a nutritionist? Because I doubt a doctor would recommend such diet. Also, saw you "defending" yourself in several comments saying you are not following this diet always. Then, if that's not the case, don't call yourself a "Raw Vegan Fruitarian".

      Most people cannot wrap their heads around the fact that even fasting - complete caloric restriction - for several days up to even months, not only does not kill, but regenerates a person. Why? Almost all people suffer from food addictions and are incapable of restricting their diet in any form. Of course, that addiction is promoted as ''health concern'' about others to mask the weakness of someone.
