Great lesson...as Christians I think we all struggle with guilt when we hurt someone we love... recognizing its Satan who puts that guilt on us is so important... God forgives me, the person I hurt forgives me..its completed... I can remember what I did to strengthen my walk with Christ, to strap on that plate of armor so there won't be a next time, but to dwell on it is making Satan rejoice... again great lesson! And love seeing the guts of these old inlines! Learning alot about my 235...always enjoy being there with you in the shop, whatever you're doing! God bless!
Another good message ... & without much preparation; how about that. I have, more than once over the years, even in my saved state, condemned myself for being too rotten to be of any use for the Lord. Can't say anything right, can't do anything right, etc., etc., etc. But, as things calm down & I reflect on scripture, I realize that I need to change my way of thinking. God knows me better than I know myself; He knew me before I was born; He knew the decisions I would make & acts that would follow. In spite of that, He still reached out to me in love to join His family. As you said, Satan is behind the scenes stirring up anything he can to cause our detachment from Jesus. That's who he is, who he has been, & will continue to be until the final day when he is cast into the pit. Always return to scripture, talk to the Lord, listen to the Holy Spirit & you will turn around from your way of thinking & think on things that are good, holy, truthful. So, recognize where this false thinking comes from put it behind you, & reach for the scripture to seek & find truth. I didn't plan on saying this much but I guess it had to come out.Take care!
Even Moses needed some persuading. But look at how he turned out! I’m sorry about the 292’s. Disappointing for sure, but everything has a purpose. Just show Him how you can make lemonade out of the lemons you’ve been dealt. I know you can do it!
