I pulled something in my groin last summer putting on roofing shingles (at least I believe that started the problem), & have been watching Bob & Brads videos. Finally found one exercise that isn't killing me (relief in a couple days), laying on back and rotating hips left & right. Now this one about using cane - very helpful too! Thank you guys, finally feel like I'm getting some relief. Though two short walks this week, I wasn't sure I'd make it back home, so the cane (actually have walking sticks for hiking) may just be what I need. I sooooo miss walking & hiking.

I'm still working on hip and ankle movement, and I feel like a bike or even walking does more than a Nu-Step. I'd like to find one of those Fit Glides on sale. They're so expensive for such a basic tool. :(
They sell round disks to help move furniture for under 10 bucks- with a foam on the other side- I think they would work perfectly to do the D slide on the bed.
My left side of my neck hurts and I think it has something to do with my shoulder blades what kind of exercise can I do to help release the muscle to relax cuz I don't like it creeping up in my neck

Acetabular retroversion.... the best exercises? There are so many hip exercise videos. Which ones especially for acetabular retroversion?

Lifting my pelvis up n down on the bed. Yes.Rotations. Thanks. I do a neck series ,which helps my whole body.
not to mention losing 30lbs will make a huge difference, maybe for more reasons than just the weight load., fat seems to be a problem for men.
