#3 - Brown Trout, Rainbow Trout, Fish Tacos, and all the Laughs

We catch a bunch of rainbow and brown trout on the Jemez River, then cook some amazing trout tacos right next to the beautiful stream. Of course the adventure is filled with our comical banter and conversations. We hope you enjoy.

Trout Tacos
Ingredients:
Tortillas (corn or flour)
Onion
Lime
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Cayenne
Cleaned trout
Salsa
1. Sautee onions in pot with olive oil.
2. Add trout, lime, salt, pepper, and cayenne.
3. Cover and simmer until trout is cooked through.
4. Remove from heat.
5. Remove bones from trout.
6. (Optional) Heat tortilla.
7. Add trout meat and onions to tortilla then add desired salsa.
8. Enjoy!

Concaved/contoured to ur butt cheek ha-ha & pickin flowers. Should've went up east fork at Battleship. Nice browns way up there.
