Glad you're okay! I went through a breast biopsy in 1999 which turned out to be a cyst, but it was a bit hairy while going through it so I can understand what you've been through.
Benign is good news, but be aware of the food medicine circle. Find a holistic doctor. Get a lot of blood testing and stop eating processed foods. Do not buy ready to eat meals from the grocery. There is a genuine circle between food and medicine.

Hi Michael, I'm happy you're ok. I started to wonder. My mother's life is interrupted on a regular basis with MS and related issues. Dealing with the disease is one thing but it seems she is required to know everything to prove her insurance companies should cover what they obviously should cover but give her grief. It is life draining and takes up time and motivation to do anything else. Good luck and hope to see more from you.
