this was made by gamehero a famous Roblox user that created a midi plugin that allowed you to port in music using hex files. an example is the soundtrack in "Roblox karts". a few songs were featured in the plugin by default and this was one of them. here is the plugin in action: ruclips.net/video/xV4WvSl1zeg/видео.html
