Just got myself one the other day, here in Canada they're more common than you'd think.
So far it's a pretty cool ride, interesting and quirky that's for sure!
Funny review! We sell these in the states. Properly gone through, these things are absolute rugged beasts, wouldn't be surprised to see em running in 2060's.

These cars fly! 8 persons, up the hill, 4x4, tight turns, quick accelerations, Georgia 2023. Cool car!
I wouldnt reco this for tight turns.. 4x4 camping weekend sounds awesome tho
I love my delica but believe me they DONT fly or have quick acceleration because of the gearing, even my manual isnt fast hahaha, they drive nice but they drink fuel.

Are the local units of l400 4wd?
Nope. RWD siya AFAIK and only available with the diesel clunker 4D56 or 2.4L 4g64 SOHC with 4 speed Automatic.
Maybe you can find an l300 to review :D

Dang! ganda very ideal for overlanding. Nice. Very slow kasi it has 4 speed transmission i tink.
Apparently it was the oversized overlanding wheel and tire setup that made it so slow to roll hahaha
