Just bought this printer. This video was very helpful on putting it together and lifting it onto the stand. Looks like it could even be done by two strong people. I have 4 people coming over to put this on the stand, but it does not look like I'll need them all. Thanks!

P.s. your art is sick. Check out hahnemüle paper. I use 310gsm satin photo rag. It works for colourful photos. I think it would work well with your art, too.

I own and operate a offset and digital printing company in Arizona. 2 week turnaround time for a job is too long. 3-5 days should be acceptable. Congrats on your new printer and hoping much success for you!

there is nothing more satisfying than working your ass off to afford the printer you want, i had an old designjet 5500 42" dye printer (proper work horse and served me well!) and i have just took delivery of my dream printer the hp latex 360 64" printer and only just got her through the door with the help of 2 tech/delivery personnel, i often look at it and think wow you earnt that machine! its a proud moment, i wish you all the luck and success with your business!

that's a lot of money but definitely a great investment though. In the US it's definitely cheaper here and we have Staples just about everywhere. I am loving watching your process and learning. Thanks a million.

Hey nice pic on printer as I have a IPF6450 24" printer and I love it........ until inc refill and then I found that I didn't like canon any more!!!! until I found Inc Owl and wow, 1/3 the price for refill. hope it works for you as well as it has for me.

Jose Rodriguez on youtube dedicates his channel to printing. I'd definitely ask him for advice. Iirc he even has a setup where he can use 3rd party ink that's Canon quality making most of the running costs being the paper itself.

Hi Melissa, thank you again for an extremely helpful video. I did a search on this printer and came across a 1700 and the 2100 that. you have. I may research the differences between the two as there is a pretty big price difference. But no one wants to compromise on quality, so need to understand them.You have NO idea how HELPFUL you and your videos are!!! SO grateful, thank you, thank you, thank you! Blessings to you!

As a high resolution digital photographer/artist , I did not realise how difficult the printing of the work was going to be, when it comes to printing it was not as easy as I thought, regarding adjustments for getting colour and light levels right, with FOGRA39, PDF, TIFF and many other formats printing companies want and working between EU and the UK plus language translation. So after many issues I bought a second hand 42" HP Z5200 in the UK just for proofing. Now I had to learn another skill with understanding the how to use manual and the maintenance and engineers instruction manual of about 1000 pages in total, I am lucky that I am able and have the tools, IT skills and understanding how to do this. I also made the wrong choice for media/paper first time as I ordered two rolls of 42" media for Latex ink and not Pigment ink media, total disaster!. You have to read carefully the description and use of the media, I thought I did. After two years since you got your printer I hope your business is doing well. thanks for your upload.
