I used to be a very good shooter late 70's 80's and early 90's actually 1st Philippine champ 1978 Bumbi Veloso been having terrible dartitis and getting really frustrated now i am starting to use my left and it is like starting all over again. Just wanted to share your not alone.

Hello mate I’m a darts 🎯 player in East Sussex unfortunately I was playing real well 2 summers ago I was hitting 180s consistently I was also finishing with high check outs
But unfortunately I suffered a seizer that’s when they found a incurable brain tumour so I stopped playing darts
I started playing darts again recently I’m having to use my other arm
I won’t let this beat me I was going to take professional darts up before my sezuir
I was averaging 95 consistently Neil bray a close friend of mine spoke to his dad about my darts and I was invited to play the Czech open this year
I’m hoping to get back to professional level soon
Jj is one hell of a player, sure he hit a 100+ average in superleague
He’s gone back to back 105 averages 😂🤯

What sort of average do you need to throw to not look like an absolute idiot turning up at an event like this?
Honestly, averages don’t mean anything, 40 average is absolutely fine as long as you conduct yourself properly, the only way you’ll look like an idiot somewhere like this would be not chalking when it’s your turn, slamming your darts on the table or being rude in general. No one will look at you and say wow, what a shit dart player, but everyone will look at you if you’re acting an idiot. What I’m trying to say is, standard means nothing compared to attitude 👌
